Played the last few weeks, had hardly any scatters then when you finally do win a poxy couple of quid, much better casinos out there

Been playing on this site for many years with no problems . Quick withdrawals, fairly good returns. But last night was playing had a balance of £165 but then suddenly logged me out . When I tried to log back in it said my account had been closed and to contact customer support .Well I did this and was sent an email to verify my account which I followed step by step . But no reply 24 hours later . Went back on to chat for them to tell me the same thing . I’m fuming asked for my funds to be sent back to my deposit method but are refusing 😡
Please note been playing on this site for over 10 years and for them to do this all of a sudden is unacceptable

I am so angry. In the middle of an amazing 15 spin bonus. Up to £130 and 7 spins to go, when a safety warning interrupted the bonus ?? next thing i know, apparently I have self excluded myself until 6th may ?? customer service (Abbey) says as I did it, there is nothing I can do?? I said I was in middle of bonus how is it possible I did it. I explained at length, how and why would i exclude myself in the middle of a bonus!!!. They said there is nothing i can do, She said there is no guarantee the bonus will be there on 6th May !!!!!!!. Outrageous and cheating scam

If I could give this site no stars I would no wonder they are closing down their website. Worse gambling site ever . Constantly lagging then freezes. This site was great a few years ago now it just takes you can play £20 and not even win 10p. Support team a joke they just end the conversation if you are not happy with their answer.

Bad site. Avoid them, they don't pay after winnings. They come up with different excuses. I'm a victim and won't recommend them. Being with #Crop Mines....# has been excellent, they pay on time and with ease.

DO NOT EVER GAMBLE WITH THIS COMPANY! Spent thousands and FINALLY got a bonus, as I did they closed my account with no explanation whatsoever! They refunded me the £38 I had in my account, I spun at £5 for thousands and when I finally hit a bonus they closed my account down instantly without any reasoning, quite clear they aren’t willing to pay out, they are scamming, robbing so and so’s so please gamble with somebody else!!!!

Made account for my daughter years ago but through my PayPal account until just today did it thru bank transfer as lost my debit card which they accepted no problem. She is disabled but loves to sit withe me and play bit bingo. Had win of 225 pound went withdraw but said can't withdraw this account. I did live chat but they said need speak ACC holder explained she can't communicate properly didn't ask if I had proof who she is or anything which I do. Now have closed account and they taken money. Appalled by this as they had no problems taking deposits from my PayPal account for many years. Stay well clear of jackpotjoy. They take your deposits no problem

This site is a scam deposited £150 on fishing frenzy jackpot joy on a £1 stake biggest win was 75p and not the bonus once these need investigated scam

Well all I see is bad reviews but I win majority on this site I’ve no need to big the site up but I put 7.60p on one of the cash strike games not saying which aha and come away with 480 quid and I often drop cash off jackpot joy slots so works for me 😘
