Great
I've used Jarilo for over two years now. I came onboard right at the start of COVID so it wasn't the best time to do site migration, but they were always happy to help and offer speedy assistance even at 11pm on a Friday night!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jon & Steve from Jarilo who went out their way to help me with my email issues- I would still be having problems now if it weren't for them helping me out and I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Just to put your review in context, I would like to express that I have only dealt with you personally for the past 2 weeks. During this time, you agreed my correspondence has been thorough and timely.
While you purchased a website from us in the second half of 2021, we have not heard from you since September 2021. When you contacted me, we initially got off on to a good start. Unfortunately, when we discussed the final owed payments, you felt these were hidden charges and left a 1 star review. We discussed this today and cleared this up that this was payments due on completion. We also agreed to expedite other work that has yet to be paid for, and launch your site towards the end of next week.
As everything was smoothed over, I asked you to amend the feedback fairly and we would continue with what was going to be a fruitful business relationship. At this point things got extremely heated and the call ended with a number of expletives said.
As a company, we pride ourselves with our friendly approach to our clients. We make sure to always step up above the rest and most of the time create a relationship that grows through the years. A lot of our customers come to us for advice, technical help and many other things.
I've noticed from your other reviews, that in the past you've had experiences that made you feel disappointed or "scammed" by other companies. I will continue to try and resolve your issues to our usual standards and turn what you feel is a "nightmare" to something positive. I feel our company is more than capable of doing that.
I came back for more!
This is the second eBay site I've had transformed by Jarilo UK. Cameron has done an exceptional job, and very responsive to emails and telephone calls. These Guys are the experts and are very reasonably priced. I would wholeheartedly recommend these experts as a safe pair of hands for your eBay face-lift or website build. Thoroughly pleased!
