Jazeera airways prices are usually lower than most airlines however this comes without the other benefits such as meals and extra comfort that regualer airlines offer.

While not bad they claim to be a budget airline with almost premium prices however they give you luggage for that price tag if you are lucky.

Jazeera Airways partnered with HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) to sell Cancel For Any Reason insurance. I paid KWD 50.760 for my booking (Reference: C4VQKC) on November 10, 2025. After cancelling, HTS confirmed a refund of KWD 33.90 on December 24, 2025. After 3 months, countless emails and no resolution, I still have not received my money. HTS kept sending copy-paste responses and never actually processed the payment. Jazeera Airways should be aware that their insurance partner HTS is failing customers. I have now filed a formal complaint with the FTC. Do not trust the Cancel For Any Reason insurance sold through Jazeera Airways!

Navigating Jazeera Airways website is a horrible experience.
Extra weight of 4.1kg was calculated as 4 kg and after acceptance they charged it as 5kg. Old planes and VERY uncomfortable seats. Terrible experience compared to other budget airlines.

They did not refund my ticket money. already more than one month. I paid additional money for refundable tickets for flights from Colombo to Tbilisi (number O53FSF) but they did not refund. this is disaster. Even after contacting by support and by email no any actions.

I was travelled from jeddah to colombo in August 2025. From Kuwait The cabin crew took mine and my wife hand luggage saying that it's too heavy. But we travelled to jeddah to Kuwait with the luggages on the cabin. We had valuable jewellers in the bag. When we collect the luggage in Colombo our jewellerys are missing. I think cabin crew , luggage loading guys and scanning security guys have a good link with everyone. Probably they're works together to steal pessangers valuable stuff. It's very disappointing and unacceptable. I am very frustrated. Don't recommend anyone.

Jizzera cancelled my flight and changed all flight details to the next day. A whole 24 hours later meaning my expenses for my paid hotel would be wasted as i would not be there.

They tried by all means to make us pay more when getting the boarding cards: extra kg if we took the suitcase as hand luggage, then for a transfer service in Kuwait to avoid the VISA...in the end we decided to not accept to pay anything and when we arrived to Kuwait we discovered that this transfer service it's offered by the airport for free...

When I first flew with this airline, it seemed as it was an airline that was properly taken care off (clean). Today I decided to fly with airline again and now it seemed as if no one cares about the condition of the airline. It was smelly and dirty as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. There was a pin stuck in front seat, dirty trays, wet magazine, dirty floor. At one point I would have referred friends, in this condition I will not.

It's a very bad Airlines in the world they taking my luggage from Kuwait Airport. without any reason I suggest everyone don't use this Airlines... this Airlines not a helpful Airlines it's a commercial. It's a very very bad Airlines... stuff was inside the aeroplane is very bad person

I had one of the most frustrating experiences with Jazeera Airways. I booked a round-trip ticket from Beirut to Kathmandu and back. Initially, I received a confirmed booking with both flights showing in my itinerary. However, just five days before my return, the return flight suddenly disappeared from my booking without any explanation.

I received a vague email saying, "flight details have changed," but no clear cancellation notice. When I contacted their customer service, I was told that my return flight was cancelled and I would receive a refund. Based on that, I had to urgently buy a new ticket from Air Arabia, which cost me over $580.

Later, I discovered that Jazeera Airways actually operated the return flights on time, and I was never properly informed. I was refunded only $250, which doesn’t even cover half of the replacement ticket cost caused by their poor communication.

This experience caused a lot of stress and unnecessary financial loss just before international travel. I expected better transparency and customer service from an airline. I will not be flying with Jazeera again .

I was very satisfied and pleased with my first experience flying with Al Jazeera Airways. The entire journey was smooth and enjoyable. The flights were perfectly on schedule with no delays, and both take-off and landing were very smooth. The crew was extremely helpful and professional, and the aircraft was clean and comfortable throughout the flight.

أود التعبير عن بالغ استيائي من التجربة السيئة التي تعرضت لها مع طيران الجزيرة خلال رحلتي القادمة من طرابزون.

تفاجأت بتأجيل رحلتي لمدة خمسة أيام كاملة، بينما تم تأجيل رحلة باقي الركاب – ومعظمهم من الكويتيين – لمدة خمس ساعات فقط، رغم أننا كنا جميعًا على نفس الطائرة. هذا التمييز في المعاملة غير مقبول ويثير تساؤلات جدية حول سياسة الشركة في التعامل مع الركاب.

حاولت مرارًا التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لتعديل موعد رحلتي أو الحصول على أي مساعدة، ولكن قوبلت بردود غير لائقة وغير مهنية زادت من الإحباط.

وبسبب التزاماتي العملية، اضطررت إلى حجز تذاكر جديدة لي ولأسرتي من طرابزون إلى السعودية بتكلفة تجاوزت 10,000 ريال سعودي من حسابي الخاص، فقط لأنني لم أتمكن من تعديل حجزي، رغم أن الطائرة غادرت بعد خمس ساعات فقط!

أطالب طيران الجزيرة بتوضيح ما حدث ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذا التمييز، كما أطالب بتعويض عادل عن الخسائر التي لحقت بي بسبب هذا الإهمال.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jazeera Airways. My flight from Kuwait to Moscow (J9-335) on 9 May 2025 was cancelled without any prior notice. I only found out by checking their website myself. I tried to contact the airline multiple times, but their customer service was completely unreachable.

As a result, I was stranded in Dubai for 5 days, with no support from the airline. I had to pay for my own accommodation, meals, and other expenses. The rebooking was only done through my travel agency, not by the airline itself.

I submitted a detailed claim with all receipts, but Jazeera Airways refused to offer any compensation, citing vague “extraordinary circumstances” without explanation. They failed to fulfill their obligations under international air passenger rights, such as the Montreal Convention.

I have since filed complaints with the aviation authorities in the UAE and Kuwait.

Very disappointed with the lack of responsibility and basic customer care. I will not fly with Jazeera Airways again and cannot recommend them to anyone who values reliability and support in unexpected situations.

The Disastrous Flight with Jazeera Airways
On September 13, 2024, excitement filled the air as I set off on a journey to Azerbaijan (BAKU) for a thrilling Formula 1 race. The anticipation was palpable until an unexpected obstacle came crashing down on my plans.

Arriving at the Jazeera Airways counter to check in for my flight, I was promptly informed that I required a visa for BAKU. Confidently, I explained that as a US citizen, I could obtain the visa upon arrival in BAKU. Despite still having ample time before departure, the manager of Jazeera Airways adamantly insisted that I obtain the visa before boarding.

Reluctantly, I embarked on the tedious visa application process, only to find out that it consumed three precious hours of my time. By the time I had the visa in hand, the departure gate had closed, and my hopes of making it to the Formula 1 race dwindled.

To my dismay, the manager of Jazeera Airways turned a blind eye to my situation, refusing to allow me to board the flight or offer any form of recompense. They callously disregarded my pleas for a refund or a rescheduled flight, leaving me stranded with no options but to accept the loss.

As I reflected on the financial implications of this ordeal, the total cost incurred due to Jazeera Airways' negligence amounted to a staggering $1862.00 USD. From the wasted Formula 1 tickets to the abandoned hotel reservation and the futile visa expenses, every dollar seemed like a painful reminder of the airline's callousness.

In the end, with a heavy heart and an empty wallet, I vowed never to set foot on a Jazeera Airways aircraft again. The bitter experience served as a harsh lesson, teaching me that sometimes, the cost of a cheap flight ticket could far exceed its apparent value.

Lost my luggage for 3 weeks, it was sitting in Tehran and Jazeera refused to send it to my next location. You get what you pay for...
