Very professional service

Great is a big word ! Yes it was as you said , on time 👍🏻,,just received the door frame ( going to check it over now , known many people who used to work at burton

I was pleased with the rapidity of the delivery which fitted into my tight time schedule. Delivery guy was friendly too, which always helps!

I am appalled with the conduct of the delivery driver and the members of staff i’ve been in contact with at JB Kind.

I am happy with the product but little can be said for the customer service that they provide. Definitely not “excellence” as stated on their website. It’s a shame as the company has nice products but their customer service and delivery clearly lets them down as this is not the only complaint of the same nature that can be found on this site.

I had arranged for my teenage brother who was on school holiday to take delivery of an extremely heavy fire door while I was at work. The delivery driver made him get the door out of the van himself! The driver stated that he could not touch the door as it was kerb side delivery. I received multiple emails and text messages directly from JB kind stating delivering was to the property entrance not kerb side. My brother did his best to get the extremely heavy door out of the van without any assistance, he was then made to cross a road on a bend without being able to see when was safe to cross and with no assistance despite having asked the driver for help.

When making a complaint to JBKind I was called a liar by multiple members of staff. I was hung up on 3 occasions by Jenny and called a liar. I was also called a liar by another member of staff in accounts who refused to give his name at the end of the call.

Despite having agreed that the driver broke standard practice by allowing my brother to remove the item from the van and delivering it himself to the property entrance JBKind are continuing to deny any compensation or even an apology.

Ordering my doors was very simple. The delivery date and time was communicated both by email and text messages. When the driver arrived he helped bring them into the house. Thank you Alexej, a credit to the business. Great customer service and care.

Very good quality doors and very good value ordered doors on the 3rd of August and had them delivered on the 13th . Driver was lovely although i thought he was going to faint I always offered to help and give him a drink but he declined respectfully. ( think it was the heat ) hope he ok as he was himself. Very satisfied customer and I will recommend ur company to my family and friends.

The door was delivered unannounced a day early which was ok as there was someone in to take delivery. There was only one thin piece of wood pinned to one end as protection one had come off. The delivery driver put the door down on the unprotected end (top).
Fortunately the door appears undamaged and of good quality.

Great doors at a great price and excellent delivery service.

Great delivery drivers who delivered the door we ordered in a timely fashion and was extremely helpful when they made the delivery. If the review was for the company who I purchased the doors from, as you can’t buy direct from Jb Kind, I couldn’t say the same. They took my money then couldn’t supply the doors for 2 months. Still waiting on two of three doors still 3 weeks to go, sigh!!

Hi can I just say I have just met a delightful delivery drivers who delivered the door we ordered in a timely fashion and was extremely helpful when they made the delivery . I ordered the door on 29 th June and rang twice to find out about delivery which certainly went over the 3-5 working days I was hoping for . However your delivery driver has restored my faith in your company

Very good doors,but they say next day delivery which always works to be a week after.
It will be good if they can manage people's expectations well
