Smooth talk
Smooth talk, but zero service and an unreliable car
I bought an Audi Q5 here, but it has unfortunately turned out to be a terrible purchase. The car has suffered from one serious defect after another. First, there were major issues with the high-voltage battery, and now the problem lies with the front drivetrain. The car has been out of commission for quite some time.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I deliberately chose not to negotiate the price when buying the car; I assumed that paying the full asking price would guarantee good service and support. That couldn't be further from the truth.
I have asked for help in finding a quick solution on several occasions. Over the phone, they use smooth talk to sidestep everything, repeatedly promising to cooperate. In reality, however, nothing happens—I’m simply being given the runaround. Ultimately, there is still no solution, and my car remains unusable.
It’s a shame: you go in with good intentions, pay the full price without haggling, expecting a reliable vehicle—and then something like this happens.
