Run away as far as you can from Jenova if you want to learn a bit of SQL. Completely usless!!!

Es malísima. De pena, la use para que me ayudará con una novela que he escrito, si le dabas un capitulo ella te quería escribir el siguiente por donde le daba la gana, si le mandaba varios capitulos para que viera el hilo se perdía. No es capaz de sujetar cuatro capítulos sin perderse. Es como tener un niño al que tienes que estar todo el tiempo pendiente de él y corrigiendo sus fallos. Una estafa que se gasta 100€ de uso en un sólo día sin conseguir que te ayude en nada. Sólo en perder el tiempo.

I don't know, I really don't know. I'm giving it two stars precisely because I don't know, I don't know Jenova's true intent, whether it's a well-thought-out scam or just an interesting project run in a very questionable manner. The premise is good, but whether it's real is really hard to verify, as even with the €50 monthly premium subscription, the token limit runs out incredibly quickly. Jenova seems to do what it claims, but it's not even entirely verifiable without throwing away a lot of money. The token/usage limit system is opaque and infamous, honestly, and that's where the scam lies: the percentage of tokens used against the limit increases over time when you log into the app, as if to encourage you to subscribe or upgrade, and even increases by 20% in some cases (absurd). If you don't open the app for days, however, it magically decreases. Beyond that, the system is basically embarrassing. Even with the premium token, the tokens run out after a few dozen, perhaps even hundreds, of interactions. Furthermore, the already unclear limit isn't really "30x, 70x...", which is already embarrassing to have a limit multiplied by a few dozen compared to the free one. It seemed to me that with the plus token there's a 1.5x/2x ratio, embarrassing, and with the plus token, perhaps 5x. This is a limit/price ratio that would be untenable even if Jenova lived a divine oracle, which it isn't. There are many other platforms that do what Jenova promises at 1/100th of their prices. We can deduce from this that if it's a serious project, it's definitely on the wrong track. I find it completely insane that a new entry in the sector would start with this absurd price list and so much deception regarding usage limits. If it's a scam, it's not much of a scam. I don't see anyone who could pay for higher-level subscriptions or stay subscribed for more than two months. I wouldn't do it even if I were a multi-billionaire. In fact, they have no reviews and their Reddit page is entirely made up of bores.

I purchased a one-month service, and Jenova.ai locked my debit card into a hidden auto-renewal cycle without explicit consent. To make matters worse, their platform completely lacks any user-facing cancellation dashboard or interface, forcing users into unauthorized charges. This is a textbook example of illegal 'Dark Pattern' architecture designed to trap users' funds. They completely ignored professional customer support escalation emails for over 8 days. Avoid this platform at all costs. Total scam.

the app work pretty well but even at the upper lever tier they kept billing me extra and freezing my account even though i had just paid. they have zero help options- no phone, no chat , no email. this is a shady company.

È un sito truffa. Ho cominciato un progetto ben definito e in corso d'opera mi hanno modificato le condizioni d'uso impedendomi così il completamento, oltretutto si sono rifiutati di rimborsare un rinnovo appena fatto adducendo fosse usato mentre ciò che produceva era inusabile ed errato. Ladri veri...
