Horrible customer service
I called Tuesday afternoon to inquire about 2 vehicles I was interested in purchasing, a ram 2500 & a Subaru Forester touring, to see if they were on the lot; they were not, but I was told they would gladly bring them for me to see. I had an appointment at 2pm Saturday, which I was at, on time. When I arrived someone was test driving one of my requested vehicles, but I was assured they were not buying it. We drove the truck and when we arrived back, drove the Subaru. We were discussing the price on my trade and cost of both vehicles we were planning on purchasing. The paperwork was signed, the salesman took it to the back and returned shortly to say the other person had bought the Subaru which messed up or entire deal. Without the Subaru I could not trade in my truck which meant we could not purchase the 2500. So they sold my vehicle out from under me while I was sitting there and lost 2 sells that day as well as future business. They wasted 2.5 hours of my time and I'm back to square one needing another vehicle.
