LOVE IT. GOING TO MAKE STORING THE BOAT AND BIKE TRAILERS A SNAP. ON LINE ORDER WAS EAZY. NO HASSELS AND SHIPED TO MY DOOR VERY QUICKLY.

Ordered product and was almost immediately informed that they were out of stock. I was a little disappointed but it was great communication! Laura Zapata head of customer service emailed me and called me personally to talk about my options. She got busy locating one to fulfill the order the next day and it has shipped already. Received product and it fit like a glove. Very satisfied with company. Will do business again I’m sure.

Here again. It's 7/8/2014 @ 5:30pm CST, and I am pleasantly surprised by John at JMC. I needed a specific or particular type of scan tool, one that would read (DTC) dealer trouble codes or (FTC) factory trouble codes, however you want to say it, on a 2005 Toyota Prius. I was having issues with the hybrid system of this car. Not only did John figure out what the most cost effective scanner that would read the DTC, he also was instrumental in finding and putting on the JMC web site an scanner adapter that I could use my iPhone to interface with the cars computer system! He did a GREAT JOB!!!!

Part was in stock and price was good. Product was shipped on time.

Ordered a Mountain side cabinet (Cabinet is great for the money MountainTBS8102‑X7... ) and it was shipped freight. When I received the cabinet it was damaged. I called and spoke to Juan, Juan was great. He took care of my issue and resolved it completely beyond my expectation. He made sure that I was completely satisfied and showed that even though the it was not his problem Juan made sure that it was about the customer. Juan and his staff kept me up to date either by phone or e-mail and also did a follow up after just to make sure everything was OK. Now a days most company's pass the buck back to the shipper, not here and I would recommend JMC to anyone cause of the great experience with there customer service. It is not always about the price bit the service after the sale.....

Ordered an Ingersoll Rand air compressor , paid with PayPal . I needed lift gate service on delivery, Juan adjusted the price to accommodate my needs for a reasonableprice.

I am definitely picky when it comes to service and I did not expect much when contacting LMC, but they were quick to answer questions, supplied all information asked quickly and shipped quick too. A good place to do business with.

Good price nice tools

After a week I sent them an e-mail asking where my product. Never heard back from them and still have not received my product! Just about three weeks for something they had in stock.

Staff contacted me quickly regarding my purchase. They were friendly and polite. My order was shipped quickly. The product was well packaged and complete.

If you cant find something speak with them and they will locate it for you. Shipping is fast and easy. Close mouths don't get fed. Whatever your issue is they are will tackle it with you and ensure you are satisfied.
