Hi Lee,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Feedback be it good or bad is important to our business and something we do take onboard. In this circumstance, it is very disappointing to hear that your experience was not more of a positive one - this is not the standard of service we strive to provide and I would like to apologise on behalf of the team.
To this end, I have passed your feedback to our Management Team for review.
Kind regards,
Kate

The service was really good
The service was really good. Brain was very helpful in helping choose what was right for me. The car I liked had silver alloys which I didn’t like. And he managed to source someone the paint them black which looks great on the car.

Greg was outstanding in the run up to…
Greg was outstanding in the run up to and during our handover. He took time to return all our calls and emails swiftly and put our minds at ease every step of the way. He was very flexible when it came to rearranging our handover due to storm Aowyn. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It was very clear from the outset, how passionate he is about selling Minis which is great to see. All the controls and functions of our cars were clearly explained with patience and knowledge. Our children were with us and they were made to feel very welcome, they thoroughly enjoyed the experience, especially the hot chocolate and biscuits! Thanks Greg for making this a truly memorable experience.
