I bought a special offer course in business administrative last year but my device was stolen earlier this year and I lost access to my account. I just login and I saw that the course has expired few days ago. I contacted the customer service, and they have extended the course access time for me free of charge. This is amazing... I'm so grateful and I would highly recommend John academy as a training course provider.

It is a lot new things I learn and those sertificates like proof for myself I have plan to become like Profesional have plan to have 12 diplomas when I finish everything I see a lot of good stuff in johnacademy and body language not the end I'm going to buy here, when you get gut stuff you want to buy more.

I find this website to be a scam. I ordered a course in september, tried to contact them. You cannot talk to a person when you call, and they dont respond emails. Since september my course is under evaluation and i have not been issued with the certificate which I paid for and have not received my student ID card. Disgusting service, worst provider ever.

So far I completed the diploma in security management and advance diploma in health and safety. And I must say wonderful courses and course content. That are relevant and up to date with the industries that I am associated with.

I chose a course that didn`t suit my needs and I got in contact with the customer service and asked for the refund. The guys replied the next day and gave me the option to take another course or get the refund in the event I couldn`t fine anything interesting. Quite happy with the service, the course you choose can be good or not depends on your needs but the costumer service is great.

Excellent course. Really opened my mind to autism and gave me some brilliant information. The course easily fits around any working pattern with a work in your own time style.

For the Professional Childcare and Nannying Course, modules are comprehensively provided; yet, I hope there would be inclusion of video tutorials for it to be more interactive.

Course material is very badly written and out of date. I paid for 5 courses but will definitely not be printing any of the certificates as it would be too embarrassing to mention on my CV. I find the good reviews that people are leaving on Trustpilot and similar websites very suspicious and hard to believe.

Modules are easy to understand and to follow. Hope they can update with some broken video links.

I'm from Romania and I will use the diploma here. Great course and useful if you need to start your own business and need a certificate. In my country I don't have this type of courses and it's necessary if you have to prove that the informations that you provide are real and have to be certified to do so.
