I did a subscription once and stopped using it. Entered into the website to cancel it and apperently they did not receive it.
They took a annual payment without any warnings that a payment would be taken and refuse to issue a refund.

Feedback on the Crime Scene Investigation Online Course
The course content felt quite dry and difficult to stay engaged with. There were no case studies, practical examples, or questions to encourage critical thinking or application of knowledge. The audio narration simply read the slides in a very monotonic way, which made it hard to focus and added little value beyond the written material. There was also no mention of magistrates’ courts or relevant local legal processes, and the material felt heavily US-based, which reduced its usefulness for learners outside that system. In addition, the website sent frequent promotional emails, which became distracting and negatively affected the overall experience. Including interactive elements such as real-world case studies, more engaging narration, clearer localisation of legal content, and a knowledge test at the end of the course to assess understanding would greatly improve the course.

Wouldn’t recommend using this site for courses. I experienced poor customer service when I repurchased the final test and it wouldn’t let me take it (would make me buy again) when I emailed about it I had to send multiple before getting a response. The actual course itself wouldn’t let me on it multiple times so it took longer to complete, then when I did complete it I had to then send another email as I didn’t receive the certificate (this was after the 24hour turn around)
Overall very disappointing experience and service, there is better sites out there wouldn’t waste your money on this one.

I really enjoyed taking the level 2 Food Hygiene and safety for Catering online course! It was very easy to follow and packed with useful information.I especially liked the mini test in between the lessons,they were fun,informative and help me remember everything i learned and the mock test was perfect.
The course was well-structured and made learning about food safety both interesting and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their knowledge or get certified like me.
