I did the BSL Level 1 & 2
I thought the contence in the course covered a large range.
It was great to do it in my own time.
I would highly recommend.

The course makes no sense, it was clearly written in a different language and has been translated in to English. Impossible to understand

So many adverts, from sister company's.
Johns academy offered deals that where sent to my email and every time, I exepted offers the response was my email doesn't exist.

Wrong order
I bought two courses and I made mistake adding a wrong course to my basket. I proceeded with ordering two courses. I paid for them and then realised that I added the wrong one to my basket. I got in touch with Customer service and my mistake was corrected without any problems. Thank you so much Jordan for your help. Brilliant service!

This company chooses your password for you!!!!
I have had a problem logging on from the very begining with this company. I had to go to my original email confirmation to login. That worked, so I thought it was just a temporary glitch and I continued with my online course. I logged off with still more of the course to do. The next day I tried to login but encounter the same problem again. I noticed in my email inbox they had sent me an email saying I changed my password. Which I had NOT. So I contacted them, and they sent me the exact same email again. I contacted them once again. This time they sent an email with a new password that THEY choose and I could NOT change! I asked about this and was told it is not possible for the client change their own password. This appears to be very unsecure and I am sure we are all told not to reveal or passwords to anyone. It seems very dubious to me! Hopefully this has just been an oversite by the company but it is a major one and is very unsecure. I will be requesting a full refund.
