John’s baskets are beautiful and very well designed. We were more than happy with his excellent work. The delivery was very fast, I think next day. I just wish all companies were run like this.

The item I was looking for was out of stock, but it was suggested I put my name on a waiting list, and would be connected when the basket became available.
Everything worked as promised, I was connected, and the delivery was made on time, The basket is wonderful.

It a good basket but does not look as good as photo on web site

This is the third time I have purchased from John Cowan and each time I have been extremely impressed with both the quality and the value for money. Basically, for a willow basket of any kind I wouldn't look anywhere else.
