John was quick to respond to my queries about a willow wicker waste basket. The finished article arrived on time and it is a lovely, natural finishing detail in my home office.

I always keep an eye on Johns website to see what he has in stock. When I saw the dark brown willow waste paper bin was back in stock, I ordered one straight away.
It really is beautiful. Traditional in shape, and a lovely deep rich chocolate colour. Just what I needed. I’d rather buy something handmade than mass produced. It’s now joined my growing collection, including a large rectangle log basket and shopping basket, all skilfully made by John. Always arrives quickly, considering he’s at the other end of the country and well packed.

Great basket. We ordered a very large log basket which was way too big for the hearth. John arranged the return with no quibble despite it being completely my mistake. The replacement, smaller curved log basket, is a thing of beauty!

My linen basket is beautiful. It is well made, no sharp edges and natural wood makes beautiful understated colouring. It has wonderful wood smell, which I know will fade over time, but I will enjoy it now.
It arrived in couple of days.

We chose a log basket from John’s website and at our request via email he kindly agreed to make us a matching smaller basket to our own specifications. All communication was excellent. He made the baskets amazingly fast and posted them out quickly. They arrived safely and well packed. They are beautiful, strong and well made. We are delighted.

Even though the basket I wanted was out of stock, I was quickly advised when new stock was available, and the item promptly arrived, and was superbly made, and of very high quality. Highly recommended.
