It works OK but it is just a credit card. Not magic.

Excellent service from JL Money and Waitrose Cheadle Hulme. A pity that they were let down by Royal Mail failing to make a delivery on Saturday 14th March, when mine was expected.

Very easy to obtain travel money as store was quiet when i visited. Staff member seemed well trained and efficient.

I found it very easy & straightforward to order currency online through the John Lewis Money website & arrange to collect it in store.

The lady that did the exchange was very friendly, and efficient, and it was good to use the reward of £5 off.

I've had your card for a long time. This is the first time I've used it. I bought a washing machine for my neighbor. I tried to log into my account but it didn't work. I don't speak English, so I can't call. I don't know what to do. Everything is online. My account has been blocked. How do I repay the loan?

I wanted a replacement card but to my astonishment was told this would take over 3 weeks with most customers receiving cards by the 15th, 16th or even 17th day!

I was informed that the problem is that the cards are sent 2nd class untrackable(!) by the awful Royal Mail.  And that Royal Mail 2nd class is now only delivered on alternate weekdays one week 3 times a week and the next week only twice a week!

I asked for a digital card but no you can't use until you receive a physical card!

This is the disdain in which NewDay treat John Lewis customers buy using the cheapest most insecure and unreliable post instead of offering customers the choice to pay for a reputable tracked courier.

John Lewis should be ashamed of the way that they agree with this treatment of their loyal customers.

I got an excellent service from the staff at John Lewis travel money department, Newcastle. They were helpful and efficient. Also the rate was good and as a customer card holder I got £5 off was a good deal.

I have to say the security with using this card online is excellent. It asks you to go to the app to verify it's you using the card. Then you go back to the website you're purchasing from to confirm you've verified it, and then your order can be put through. It's a pain in some ways, but at least you know your card is safe.

Got a good rate and £5 off from my John Lewis reward. Was able to get small denominations which is ideal for my trip.

I bought dollars from the exchange desk at John Lewis in Oxford St. It was a fast and efficient service. There was no queue and the staff member was helpful. I was pleased that it was not necessary to bring my passport.
