Superb Company!

I have always found it difficult to send flowers from Europe to Dubai but I needed worry as I found Joi Gifts! Super super service from this company to fit any budget, I have used it for flower delivery and Christmas presents and haven't been disappointed once. I hope they continue for a long time as they are really good!

Ultra Poor Service.

Ultra Poor Service.

I sent flowers n Cake as a gift the flower arrangement was really poor
and totally different from the one i ordered, i shared my feedback to the Joi Team, they sent a similar bouquet to the person and wanted the original one back it was very embarrassing for the person to return the original bouquet.

Not happy with the experience.

Dear Evon, we are truly sorry about your experience. Normally, when we sent replacement we do not collect what has been sent particularly when those are fresh goods and (warranted) something poorly done as we cannot sell it to another customer.
As we are operating as an online marketplace in order to be able to offer customers a wider selection of products, this forces us to rely on third parties such as our merchant partners and delivery companies, and sometimes they fail to follow our process and timelines, which is outside of our control, for instance taking back the bouquet without our instructions.
Rest assured, we take full responsibilities for any issue that might have been done. One of our customer care representative was in touch with you to rectify the issue aside from the replacement we sent which was the item ordered. We do hope to see you at joi again.

I couldn't be happier with Joi's…

I couldn't be happier with Joi's service. I sent flowers and balloons for my mother-in-law, who didn't respond to 4 or 5 phone calls, and yet they still managed to get a hold of her. I was so pleased with their hard work to ensure she received her birthday gift. Without a doubt, I will be using Joi again.

WORST ONLINE GIFT DELIVERY SERVICE!!! DONT TRUST!
NEVER BUY!

A friend ordered for me flower for Valentine's day, Feb 14, 2019 until this moment Feb 18, they didnt deliver. After many calls and email, no response from them. Yesterday they promised to deliver between 9am-12pm. When I called again to follow-up they plan to deliver after 6pm.Since I wont be available, they will set for another day. This will keep going and going. No plans of delivering. The essence of Valentine has ended. I think they will deliver in Feb 2020. This is the worst delivery service I encountered.

Excellent customer service and attention to my gift specifications

They pesented my gifts to my other half on Valentine's day and added special touches of cute ribbons and balloons tied to two different boxes of engraved jewelry. They engraved the jewelry correctly to what I had them engrave. Jewelry was so shiny and of awesome quality. Any issues with my order got resolved timely and with fantastic customer service by Paula, and in time for delivery on the 14th. Very satisfied with joi and will be back again to order in the future!

I ordered flowers for my fiancé last…

EDIT: They fixed my order the following day (Feb 15) and was able to deliver the flowers. I commend their initiative on calling my fiance personally to apologize. However, I stand by my previous comment below. They should have contacted us on the same day the flowers were not delivered and they should have promptly replied to my messages.

I ordered flowers for my fiancé last Feb 1, 2019. I set the delivery date on Valentine’s day Feb 14, 2019. They said delivery will be at night time. However, my fiancé did not receive her flowers. They did not even contact me or my fiancé. And they have the nerve to set the delivery status to “complete”. They are still not responding to my emails, fb messages, instagram messages or phone calls. This company is a scam. they will take your money, will not deliver, and not even have the decency to let you know what the hell happened to your order. I hope your company closes as soon as possible so you won’t have to ruin anyone’s Valentine’s day ever.

Please do not ever use Joi Gifts as it is a total rip off on ones' common sense, time and trust. They take your money and do not deliver the items at all. I ordered two food items as part of celebrating valentines day with my husband, which was asked to be delivered by 3:30 pm at my work address. I called Joe Gifts thrice (to which the team kept re-assuring that I needn't worry and that the order was on its way) and by 7pm I was told that the item was delayed due to a logistics delay due to the large number of orders they had to cater to on Valentines Day. The team had apologized and suggested that the item would be delivered to my house before 10 pm. As usual there was no response and when I called the team, I was told a new story that the driver had indeed visited my work place at 3pm and had asked for me at the reception but could not locate me as the driver was told that I do not work at that place. When asked why the driver didn't call the number once he was at the place, the team said that the driver did not have my number and that the driver was not informed of the change of location from my work address to home address. When asked for a refund, they kept hesitating and kept saying they would TRY to deliver the items any time during 8-5 pm on the next day, which is a Friday. This whole experience has resulted in wastage of my money. I will never ever ever recommend this company to anybody ever. Worst customer service and a total rip off.

Worst service ever. Do not order from them. They will never deliver the products and customer care wont update you on any problems. They are useless

THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER YOUR ORDER

THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER YOUR ORDER. I ordered a box of strawberries and a teddy bear for my girlfriend for valentines day. The order was supposed to be delivered at her office by 5PM. At 4PM, they called me to inform me the strawberries are unavailable and if they could replace it with chocolates. I agreed.

The package never arrived at my girlfriends office. Their customer care has a queue of more than 30 people ahead of me. After sitting in front of the computer waiting to chat to a customer care executive I gave up. They have no response to my queries.

first, they do not deliver on time
Second, the support staff aren't there to support
Third, they do not rectify any of their doings

It is not recommendable for special…

It is not recommendable for special occasions. They don't have any assurance what time exactly the order will be delivered. If you want to surprise someone, he/she might miss it as there is no exact time of delivery. Better to ask a friend to do it for you or just do it by yourself. I ordered last Feb 5, 2019 to be delivered on the 14th of FEB (Valentine's). Everything was already paid. I even noted to please deliver it within 10:30am-2pm only as my partner will leave the place and miss the surprise. Unfortunately, i really got disappointed. They did not deliver it according to my request. The worst decision I have ever made, I should have asked my friends to surprise him while i'm away. Don't pay first before you order.

The only and the best

I spent my life Moving from one place to another depending on dads work. Now I have friends all over but the closest to me are in Jeddah. Being based in Canada now I feel like I can’t share the special moments with my loved ones until I found Joi gifts they actually did a great job getting my gift ready and sent to my friend in the same day which is amazing. The payment is secured and is easily made online. Customer care are ready to answer all Qs patiently anyone that claims that customer service does not exist in this company contacted them off their business hours and rushed to conclusion. I hesitated a lot about making a purchase all the way from Canada to have it delivered in Jeddah but they are legit and the only professional website that does this in Saudi plus they have a really cool app. I’m trying to be as fair to them as possible in this review because I’ve been treated amazingly , and they have been more than great with me. My friend loved the gift and I finally found an easy way to send gifts to the people I love without worrying about being too far away. Thank you guys for everything, you made my day 💕 I will definitely enjoy your services again.
