I absolutely love their customer service. The staff is very detailed oriented and always get back with you in a short amount of time with any questions you may have. It's a very transparent company in that they're very forthcoming with all kinds of information. The medicine has always been promptly delivered! I have 0 regrets! My experience has been great right from the beginning. The customer service has been very helpful and responsive to any questions. The shots have been so easy to do. And I have lost 56 lbs very quickly and didn’t have to follow a strict diet.

Starting to feel like myself again.
The weight has been slowly coming off and I'm starting to recognize the person in the mirror. It's been about 4 months and I'm down 21 pounds. The biggest change is how much better I feel mentally.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been with them for 6 months, have gained 6 pounds, have been continually nauseous for 3 of them, and cannot get in touch with a medical professional. When I have submitted an email (because that is the only way to reach this company) I get the same advice repeatedly and its things I'm already doing. Don't throw away your money.

Two months in
I am two months into my experience and am down 17 pounds. I'm happy with the results and the side effects have been (for the most part) minimal. I would recommend to anyone who had tried losing weight by other methods without success!

Communication has become nonexistent
I have been on the medication since early April and have seen some results, but recently I noticed that my new dosage pak was missing the most important part-- the medicine. I literally was sent double the amount of syringes I need and no vials of product. I have since called and left multiple messages (they are "not available" currently, for the past two days) and I've sent countless emails, done the "contact me" and messaged the text line and gotten no response. I meanwhile am missing my scheduled dosage because I have no product to inject and no one is assisting me in rectifying the mistake. Does anyone work at this company? The communication recently has been SO bad, and I'm wondering if they are just taking my money at this point. It's unacceptable for something so expensive.
Edit: They JUST reached out to me, after me trying to get in touch with them for days.

After menopause, I had so much trouble losing weight. I have always eaten well (watched carbs and calories) and exercise regularly but the pounds just never budged.
