mad that Jollibee in Vietnam doesn’t have spicy chicken joy.

Hired a bunch of kids to do the job. They don't care customer waiting. Work extremely slow. Not taking order over the counter. Only self order over the machine. Customers waiting impatiently for orders and they chat happily. Waited for 15 minutes and found out that they forgot my orders. Had to wait for another 10 minutes for my order not even an apology. Can you just hire staff who are more professional? Worst restaurant experience EVER!!!

Jollibee Earls court has a very slow service. You will receive your orders from 30 mins and beyond. They'll prioritize Uber, Just Eat etc orders

So many companies around the world are eradicating cages. Why won't Jollibee do its part and stop lagging behind many of your competitors when it comes to the treatment of animals?

Very deceiving! I place an order of a bucket meal of 8 pcs and when I get is mixed of old new fried chicken inside disgusting.They can poison people if they doing this every time. Need to be consistent in everything they do.To be honest thier food is great but luck of consistency sometimes.Staff need to know and training about HACCP

Food is great there’s no doubt. Problem is the service.. I was waiting for my number to be called and when it did, the male standing on the counter didnt bother to help me or at least ask if i wanted to help as I have ordered a lot. Then when me and my family started checking our orders downstairs, multiple items missing. I have to go up and explain that it is missing a lot of things and again the male didnt bother to help. His face shows that he dont like to work at all, not smiling. Very far from what a real jollibee customer service is. I hope they will improve this in the future.

Liverpool city centre branch - Has to be the worst fast food place I've ever experienced and me and my 2 kids had to spit the food into a napkin and bin £28 worth of food. Chicken fillets where overcooked and rubbery. Chicken pieces had strange taste on them. Behind the counter was dirty. Floor had a piece of chicken been dropped and several staff walking past it. Staff dropped drinks cup on the floor and just kicked it under the machine. Litter everywhere. Gravy watery. Ordered spicy sauce for 50p which covered 1/5th of the tiny pot it came in.
Disgusting in every way.

Very disappointed!
They gave me a wrong order and there is a lot missing.. no rice, no spaghetti and even the gravy and they gave me the bucket of very spicy chicken which I cannot eat!!!
I’ve waited for almost an hour for a rubbish food!! I’m paying for the food I want to eat not for the food you want to give us to eat!!!

Step up your focus on customer service - What’s often missing is a smile, a key element of customer service and business interactions. SORRY BUT I NEED TO SAY THIS...NO ONE IS SMILING AND VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFFS!!! NEED MORE TRAINING!

Waited over an hour for food. Half the order was missing when I checked and staff attitude is rude and indifferent. Food was dry and inedible and ended up asking for a refund. Zero organisation and customer service skills.

I went to order eight pieces of chicken but they gave six pieces and I was charged £20 for six whiles six pieces is £15.

Food is great, staff are lovely, but the place is very untidy. The toilets stink and there’s always toilet paper on the floor. The tables are never cleaned or wiped down so most of the time you have to do it yourself with a napkin. Other than that, the seats are comfy. A lot of times a young server will come over and hover over you and wait as they get you to do a review from their little scanner thing.

Not the first time... Today, I have ordered for 3 pc chicken joy, fries, peach mango pie, spaghetti and diet coke. The delivery person arrived on time. When the paper bag was handed to me, I told the rider not to go because I would want to check my order infront of him as the bag seems so light... Just what I thought! No fries, no peach mango pie and no diet coke... I am demanding for a full refund! Disappointing and inefficient service!

I came here to introduce my friends to some good fried chicken I had when this shop first opened and to my utter disappointment, this place has deteriorated within a few months (?) We all didn't enjoy our Chickenjoys. Even the chicken burger was missing lettuce! It was just chicken and sauce! You've become so LAZY, Jollibee. This is utterly unacceptable.

2 star for some of the food. Will not be going back. Me and my friends were at Jollibee from 7pm till 9pm last Friday. After I placed my order on the touch screen, I saw that there were atleast 15 orders before me so I went back to my seat. Waiting time was around 20 minutes for mine, but my friends waited more as when her number was called she did not hear it, bare in mind they were downstairs waiting. When attempted to speak to the probably managing staff (she was the only one not in uniform), she was really rude. She called out a number, and in that silence my friend said 'excuse me'. She then responded with, 'I am talking here, I will call out your number when it's ready'. So my friend continued to wait. She then asked for my friends number and then said, 'I've been calling out your number'. My other friend's order was missing an item and I decided to go claim it for him. As I approached the counter, I did not receive any eye contact, no acknowledgement, no 'how can I help?'. So I stood there waiting. I was told to move while she packed someones food. I also saw her speaking to a young gentleman asking what is he waiting for, still no acknowledgement of me. I then proceeded to calling out, 'excuse me' and 'I'm not waiting for an order', to which I was ignored. She then walked off into the back. I then called out to the other staff in the uniform and fishnet in her hair, who immediately responded and served me. This behavior was unnecessary. I was there because the staff made a mistake, none of my own. The staff clearly does not understand that part of her job was to provide a service.

Pricey. Doesn’t taste nice.

Prices are overpriced, the chicken is so small for £2.99 a piece?
