I enjoy that I can call one day to order and have the product within 2 days. The prices are cheaper than I have seen in any other brick and mortar store, and on websites.

I work at an elementary school in North Carolina and can honestly say that I have used Jones School Supply for years now and will continue to use then for years to come. They have quick and accurate service. They are very helpful for any and all of your needs.

I ordered an engraved stick on plaque for the front of a small trophy. Everything was exactly as it should have been. It arrived promptly. No complaints there.
The shipping was expensive for a tiny 3" plaque. As it turns out they boxed it and shipped it through as shipping company. Would have been more cost effective for me as the consumer to have put it in an envelope with a stamp on it and sent it through the US Mail. It would have been better for the environment because less packing materials. I was surprised that.

This is a wonderful place to order award supplies. Their prices are reasonable and I have always received my order in a very timely manner. I will continue to purchase my school awards at Jones School Supply as I have done for many years .

I order from you because I was the President of our club and what I purchase are great gifts for Lioness Club. Our members work so hard all year long and they earn points. If they earn 25 points then I give them a gift from Jones. This year was the gold pin. Love it and so did they.

I'm a past president now as of last night so maybe I could put the good word in to the new President to order one of your nifty items next year for our Lioness Club.

I order here and I have to say the staff is so helpful, I've had to make a lot of calls, but they are always informative and willing to help!

Orders have always been 100% correct and have arrived before their projected date. I place orders by phone and the person I talk to is always pleasant and helpful. I am a 29-year teacher and would never consider ordering from another company. They have a great selection of products and even send me a catalog that pertains to my subject area which is music. They make it easy.

I have ordered from Jones for a few years now. We typically order custom red diploma covers with our name in black across the front in foil. We changed covers to black this time and was never asked about the foil color. We received black on black. The pictures on the web show all schools diploma covers in gold foil and I assumed they would be that way since I was not asked on the phone what color. I typically do re-ordering from the original order placed many years ago and was not aware that I PICK the color of the foil. When I called I was told that it was my choice in foil. It should have been communicated that way because now I have three boxes of diploma covers that I'm not very happy with.

The customer service was awesome. I called in to place an order for our end of year awards ceremony and the representative was both knowledgable about the products and procedures. Because of her expertise, I received my order in time to review and sort out everything. I was pleased with the medals and both the students and parents were excited to receive them. I am excited about ordering more items for the upcoming school year. Thank you!
