He provided me with the best deal and even after a small miscommunication between us. He patiently gave me an good deal on the ticket, i really appreciate that and he was very helpul and hardworking

I was quoted a price and at the last minute the price was jacked up saying that this was due to sudden shortage in inventory, even though i was assured that the reservation was on hold.

I was led to believe that the price offered to me was all inclusive, but after credit card authorization, I was told that I would have to pay for checked baggage fees for each traveler for each way which would add an additional $300-$400 to my cost.

Also, noticed that they charged $800 in service agent fees which is exorbitant.

I have bought a lot of tickets over the years and never had issues with anyone else before this. Please take my experience as a word of caution.

I booked 2 tickets from Journeycook - and they gave me the best ticket deal to me when compared with other agencies.

Varinder did the great job in finding the best deal for me based on my travel date. It was nice working with him. I ended up in calling him "Ek Number Praji" :)
Later, Rakesh reviewed the tickets - name /visa details as another layer of verification; just to make sure everything is good. I am really satisfied with the service and would recommend Journeycook to others. Also, I will use their service in future as well.

Travel agent Neeraj Chauhan was prompt in getting good quotes for different airlines and following up regularly and helped to find good deal. I mentioned about one low cost online deal, and he gave me even better price lower than the online one. I would definitely recommend and would come back for our next international trip.
