On May 29th, I started my quest to find a contemporary yet modern piece of art. I was referred to JRL Artistry by a friend. Once I contacted the company, the owner of the company personally reached out to me. I was amazed at the quality of attention that went into the customer service experience as well as the personal consultation.
Mr. Locke ( Owner) was able to do a virtual walkthrough of my home and give me ideas based on the color schematics and vision I had in mind. He also took the time to educate me about the different types of material that I can have my piece printed on, the different grades of metal and how to know if it's a certified printer.
I was elated on how Mr. Locke was very patient and understanding of my artistic vision of the piece that I wanted. Within a matter of a couple of hours, Mr. Locke was able to sit down and make a customized piece for my house.
I'm originally from Palm Beach, Florida, and currently residing in New York. I wanted something that reminded me of the beautiful coastal scenery in Jupiter, Florida. JRL Artistry was able to go above and beyond with the customized piece. I find myself during the day just gazing at the piece of art. I even rearranged my furniture to make the art piece a focal point in my living room. Overall shipping and installation took about five days in total. I will definitely recommend and purchase again.
