Horrible horrible horrible. I have been sending an email daily inquiring about my refund and now they are refusing to even answer my emails.
They lie to you stating that a refund has been issued when no such transaction exists.

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Come from China. Nothing to do what you see. It's garbage clothes. Then I try to return they said will give me 30% of the cost. The materials are so cheap. Don't never buy anything there.

Do not order from here! It’s a scam!! Quality of dresses is horrible and sizes all wrong! Hassle free return advertising is a scam. Have to mail to China! Costs more than the dresses.

I received the dresses - sizes were way off --- the bodice was extremely short ! they say items are returnable---then you find out it has to be mailed to china - and you have to have proof they received items. Crazy !! costs as much to send back as you paid then they may say they never got it !? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

There are times you don't want stuff delivered to home (or office !) I searched for ages to find this site who use collect+ delivery - worked a dream.

I treated myself to 2 outfits from Julie-Anne's and was very happy with my order. The items looked just as good in reality as they did in the pictures and the free delivery was generous considering not many companies offer that. My order was discreetly packaged and the items were securely packed too. My order arrived very quickly which I was delighted with. I will definitely be shopping ftom Julie-Anne's again. I have been trying for months to get this cute playsuit from swimwear 365. I ordered it twice in black & even after waiting over 2 months for my order, it arrived both times in white!! I'm still waiting for an exclamation a month on!! I've used my refund to buy the same playsuit from you & guess what? It arrived quickly, was the correct colour & £8 cheaper! Happy days!

Ordered from them using Collect+ and received it within 3 days! Fantastic service, nice and discreet! Will order again soon!

This is a great company, communication was second to none, delivery was prompt and delivered as promised, products are exactly as described and will most definitely purchase again in the future, I am already considering another purchase just days after my original order.

E-mail advising parcel ready to pick up, only to find out that it had not arrived yet.....Many Christmas angry shoppers now in Queue at BP waiting for service assistant to find a non existent parcel.....not good this time of year!!!

Hi, I placed my order, but was concerned about the sizing, but I spoke to Julie she helped me no end & changed any sizing to suit myself, I was really impressed as not many people would do this..I told her I was pleased that there was someone out there to be able to buy sexy stuff in bigger sizes & think other women will be pleased as well, I will definatly be shopping with Julie again.it has boosted me up no end, fabulous sexy outfits for the bigger woman ...
