Honestly I cannot fault this dealership at all, in the past I have been given a car with issues so I was a bit weary, but Ben was a start throughout the whole process, if anyone higher up sees this he needs a raise!! he was so welcoming and very supportive throughout the whole process in regards to my new Audi s3. Travelled from Central Scotland to Lincoln to look at a 2023 VW ID3 advertised by Just Audi/VW. To be honest, I'd wanted to buy it on spec and have it delivered, as a 700-mile round day trip was a bit daunting. Salesman Connor explained they don't offer delivery, and need prospective buyers to view the vehicle before purchase.
The car was ready when I arrived, absolutely
immaculate. Despite the low mileage, they had fitted four new Bridgestone tyres, and completed a full £700 service (I was given a copy of the invoice).
Connor was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The premises are large and every bit as pristine as any main dealership.
The car ran faultlessly on the 350-mile journey home and its new owner (my daughter) is absolutely delighted with it.
I thoroughly recommend both Connor and Just Audi/VW without hesitation.

I bought my Range Rover Sport from Just AudiVW 12 months ago and this week took it for service. Reception staff very pleasant and professional. I was kept informed of the work required and the job completed within the promised timescales. Nathan, the salesman I dealt with buying the car remembered me with a nice greeting. They really are the best place to buy and maintain a car. Bright, clean showroom and service reception, fantastic staff and customer support.

I had an issue with my recently purchased used van. A quick email and I was booked to see a tech, a week later booked in for 2 hours all fixed and on my way.
Superb service thank you , highly recommended.

What a pleasant young man, made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, purchased an Audi a4 avant with a year’s MOT and collected it in A1 condition. Everything was done that I asked, no questions asked.Definitely will be going back.

Made an initial enquiry on the web & shortly afterwards received a call from Steve to discuss the sale of my car that became surplus to requirements due to health issues. Discussed the vehicle condition & agreed a provisional price to sell. Next day we took the car for a visual inspection & confirmed the sale. The customer service levels were off the scale & the whole experience was pleasant and made easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Just AudiVW and Steve in particular in the empathetic way they dealt with what was a hard decision for us to make in selling the car.

We were treated with respect and empathy. Selling car as my husband died recently. Whole experience took about 20 minutes and money in my account before I left premises. Can’t recommend them highly enough

What can I say about this company. Wow! From our first call to discuss a fault we had with our VW, to picking it up once fixed, these guys are superb. They put your mind at ease, were knowledgeable, helpful, kind and made sure our experience was flawless. We are normally averse to big car companies but I would recommend them in a heartbeat. One of the BEST! Just purchased an A8 from these guys and i can honestly say its been my best experience ever with buying a vehicle. These guys go further than above and beyond. i have purchased many vehicles in my time, mainly Jaguar and Mercedes dealerships, i have never received this excellent service. These guys are brilliant. Very genuine and helpful team. I had a puncture at the worst possible time of day for me, late afternoon as I was just about to start the school run and Dad's taxi to clubs etc. I was just about to panic. I managed to get the car to their showroom. I explained the predicament. It was almost home time for them as well, but they could see the issue I was facing. They stopped what they were doing, got the tyre repaired in a flash and I was back on the road. I dealt with Steve in their Servicing Department, to whom I'm extremely grateful. Great job, Guys! Well done!

The Service at Just Audi is first class, from reception staff, sales, through to service, everyone excels at what they do and gives the customer a super experience. We dealt with Alex Roberts on the sales team from part exchanging our own car and purchasing a new one all through him, the service was excellent and a very friendly and professional individual who made the whole process smooth and easy. Couldn’t recommend JustAudi VW enough and will always continue to purchase a car through them! 5*!
