They don't accept returns and are unaware of the the consumer rights act

My first experience ordering with this company was for a gold colt 25 BB gun, which was and is still listed under their two tone BB gun section on their website. After two days, I received a notification stating that I must provide a defense for a non-2 tone BB gun. Since the gun was in black and gold, I assumed this was two tone given the fact that it was also listed under the two tone section on their website.

So I canceled my order and ordered another gun, it arrived, but with issues. Instead of simply trying to return it, I contacted their customer support and miraculously managed to speak to someone on the phone. That someone was incredibly rude with me and didn’t really know what he was talking about. At the end of our call, he suggested I make a video of the problem and send it to their customer service email address (something which I will talk about later).

After inspecting the gun further, I real realised that the reason he couldn’t solve my problem is because he was giving me information based on a completely different model, and the instructions didn’t match the gun it came with, and I managed to locate the mechanism by myself. However, there are still problems with the gun, but I would rather just forget about it and keep it with its flaws rather than deal with the horrendous customer service of having to send it back because that would probably take a month, or they would deem it as having no fault and charge you to have it returned, which is something at other reviewers are saying happens with company and would line up with the poor customer experience with this company.

I also had another gun on order at the same time while I was waiting for this one. The gun works fine, however and I have to be careful about what I say because I genuinely don’t want to be identified by this company since on the off chance they might decide to get back to my messages to help me. (responses from customer services take anywhere from five days to a week and a half, whilst all other BB guns sites either answer phones immediately or return messages the very same day). This gun mentions something I have to do before I clean it. It’s listed on the box and in the instructions. However, I couldn’t find any such mechanism on the gun despite being listed as having such a mechanism. After a week I received a message back saying this version doesn’t have this type of mechanism (again I’m being careful about how I word it).
So I have sent them a picture of the box and the instructions which state that it does indeed have this mechanism and… nothing.

They also promise to ship within 3 to 4 working days but in my experience, it’s more like 7 to 8 days to receive an item.

The customer service here is just genuinely awful and the staff I’ve spoken with on the phone sound like they don’t want to be there and are very rude and abrupt. I’ve ordered from other BB gun websites in the UK and their customer service has been second to none. My advice is to avoid Just BB Guns UK entirely until they decide to up their customer service game.

Ordered a gun off the website that was advertised as coming as part of a package, received the gun only when questioned was told that it wasnt a package deal even though i sent a screenshot off there website, was then told it may be a technical glitch. Customer service is terrible very rarely answer their phone or emails.

Ordered a BB Gun for a Christmas present. Worked for a few rounds and then jammed. Contacted the company and I was obliged to return to them at MY COST for P&P so they could check it. Result was apparently it was working fine and returned to me. After a couple of shots the gun jammed again! I asked for a refund but was again obliged to return. At this time a pre paid label was provided. And surprise today I hear it is fine and I must pay them £10 to have it returned. It is utterly shameful. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE.

Not a single issue with the order, well packaged, delivered in the time stated, Good comms from the sales team. Will be buying from them again.

Utterly appalling. Sent wrong item. Ignores email. Am now sending back a gun which was sent in error. They WILL process a refund or feel the wrath of my more than excellent solicitors and a charge back. Go to Patrol base.
Pay slightly more, receive what you rest very quickly and receive helpful friendly professional service. Not like these idiot scammers.

Wouldn't let me return a mp5 laoder adapter that literalyl doesn't work. They will try every exscuse to not accept a return. AVOID

JAbsolutely disgusted would not recommend this company they take your money and don't give you any details and when you phone there just as useless. STAY AWAY

Bought with them once over a decade ago and was fine, and looking to buy again last month but checked here first and was a bit skeptical that it could be a mistake. Order was dispatched pretty quickly, although the tracking didn't update for 4 days so whether it was generated online and not actually shipped I don't know so took a week to arrive. And was initially given someone else's tracking number. But I got it sorted by email which was very quick to reply. And when it did arrive everything was present and correct, so I would go back.

Absolutely terrible, took my money and didn’t even send me the product have waited a month and customer service told me “ deal with it”

Just placed my first order with this company for a spare GBBR magazine for the Cybergun Schmeisser MP40. They’re the only UK retailer currently with stock at a semi reasonable price £69.99. I was apprehensive about using this company given the reviews on here but decided to give them a chance on a small(ish) price item. I chose the free postage option which stated 3-4 days and received the mag today via Parcelforce. I only ordered it Wednesday evening 1st Oct and it was delivered on the 3rd Oct. Comms were via email and updated as the order progressed with the last “shipped” email also provided the tracking number. I have tested the mag and it works fine. The purchase experience for me went well with no issue.

Great budget weapons however I’ve had a couple issues with the shipping all of which have been resolved quickly. Support have always been very helpful and have never taken more than a day to reply. Recommend highly 👍

I placed my order almost a month ago, and to this day, nothing has been shipped. I’ve contacted support multiple times and only received empty apologies and promises that the issue would be resolved “soon.” Nothing has been done.

This is beyond frustrating — it shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time and money. I have never experienced such poor communication and zero accountability from a company.

Think twice before ordering here. If this is how they handle their customers, I honestly can’t recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely impossible to.buy a gun and rounds. Rubbish site. They do not want any sales.

The pistol purchased was cheap, but I at least expected it to work more than once - it didn't.

Received a product that was faulty on delivery. Item was sent back using a pre paid postage label. 14 days later still no refund as apparently faulty items are only checked on one day a week. They seem to think they are above trading laws and can do as they please. They will misquote their own terms and conditions to try and fob you off. Section 75 seems to be the only option to actually get a refund. I would avoid this company and buy from a company that actually values their customers and cares if there is a problem.

Returns process also was not the easiest as they demanded videos of the fault yet still don’t believe you as it has to be checked once returned by a “technician” before a refund can be processed.

Do not buy from this company.
I bought a gift for my husband birthday.
The package arrived promptly meaning that by the time I gave it to my husband on his birthday it was slightly outside the 28 days they state on their website is the time for receiving any refunds.
The gun was faulty, infact there were broken pieces in the gun barrel.
We reported this immediately, but we were told that as it is outside the 28 days they would do nothing.
I said that I didn’t want a refund, just a working gun and also I would happily take a better gun and pay the difference if they recommend that, but they refused any replacement and also said that this type of gun is not repairable.
I sought legal advise and was told that although they are not obliged to refund they are obliged, under law, to repair or replace, and if a repair is not possible, then they must replace.
They are now not responding to e-mails.
This company believe that Trading Standards do not apply to them !!!

I ordered 2 gel blasters and when i typed in my address everything was good and the purchase went thru. One week later... I hadn’t heard anything from them, but then i received a Mail that said "Order Refunded" because they couldn’t deliver to my post code. But remember everything was fine when i bought it and typed in my address. It has now been three weeks since i got the refund and i havent got any of my money back!!! Horrible company. NEVER BUY!!!
