Great - Joe Jamie and Callum

Ed and Jamie provided an extremely efficient delivery and installation, very friendly and good communications. Couldn’t fault it.

Joe and Jamie were quick and informative installing my new oven. Tidy job too.

I had a range master hood installed early October and unfortunately during installation the installer badly buckled the chimney. Sadly since then I’ve had multiple emails apologising, asking for patience and it’s now over 3 months and still no action by Kaboodle. I’ve waited a long time to give the benefit of the doubt but am now sick and tired of being mucked around. Maybe I just got unlucky but I’m not seeing the great customer service or quality of installation that others are. I’d avoid again - it’s been a disaster.

This company have twice delivered damaged appliances to my property.
I cannot for the life of me see how they have such a high rating.

Great installation in a tricky location by Joe, Allan and Kac. They were positive and careful. Also Linda who gave a very useful information on the possible delivery time.

Within 5 days our new microwave was delivered by a Team of three headed by Lewis, and ably supported by, Jamie and Kasper. Brilliant team, had built in microwave fitted and ready to run within 15 minutes. Very pleasant polite chaps, cheered me up no end, many thanks to them and Kaboodle . Happy Christmas to one and all. Our Christmas came early with Kaboodle’s 3 wise men

Three lovely lads delivered and installed our freestanding cooker today, prompt!
They were exceptionally efficient, polite and respectful and what I thought would be impossible to fit was easy peasy. The dog didn't even notice they were here and they navigated our tricky access track really well.
All communications as promised.
I hope they got home safely. A hearty thank you!

A company without customers apparently as it didn’t mater the method of contact this company would not talk to me. I am very pleased with the results of the instal on behalf of Miele but so slow and only online booking so if you need as I did to alter the appointment no chance. Nearly three weeks for an under warranty replacement dishwasher after it was delivered to there depo.

Really bad experience, tried for several hours, but it seems no one wants to answer the phones to book an installation. They keep directing you to leave a message, then never call back.
Bunch of cowboys.

Rob helpfully advised about the old oven's connections and asked about where to site the new appliance as its dimensions were slightly different to the old one. Rob was very quick and no bother. Replacement oven installed in about 30mins. Really great

Joe & Jamie, were the delivery crew that delivered my replacement Miele washing machine.
Very professional, cheerful, friendly happy chaps!
Rang ahead and delivered on time and within the allotted time.
Only negative point I can make is that Kaboodle needs to offer more delivery days and quicker delivery times.
I had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery, and they only deliver 2 days a week in my area, and I live in London!
ArrowXL have deliveries every day and can deliver the next day, but questionable service.
Kaboodle has a better service but needs to improve on the points mentioned above.

Our new replacement oven is now a AEG HARD WIRED SINGLE OVEN. This appliance was delivered and installed by Joe and Jamie this morning being 2nd December'25.
The two men could not have been more considerate and so polite during the removal of our previous oven which we had for a considerable amount of year's.
Joe "hard wired" our new oven without the difficulty my Husband and I envisaged in a truly professional manner to our amazement in next to no time.
Jamie then showed us how to use the various settings then set the oven auto timer to show it was running smoothly.
We cannot praise Joe and Jamie enough, so far we are "DELIGHTED WITH OUR NEW AEG ELECTRIC OVEN"

Kaboodle did a great job fitting my new gas hob. It wasn't the most straightforward job but Jason W and Cameron were polite and friendly and they sorted it all out. 5 star service.

Joe and Jamie were excellent. The installation was quite tricky, but they were very patient and completed the job successfully. Very professional and super friendly! Thanks again!

A great install of our new oven and combo microwave

A courtesy call roughly an hour before arriving and then quickly to the job when here. Care taken to make sure everything was in place to allow the install to commence and then virtually no mess in the house.
New appliances all installed without hitch and the initial install phase explained.
Best bit, all the rubbish and previous appliances taken away!

Kim and John were professional, helpful and clearly made sure I was 100% happy with the machine before they left. Both very happy people which made for a pleasent delivery experience. Great representatives for your company.

Joe and Jamie delivered and installed our dishwasher today and they did an amazing job. My mother in law was at home and said they were absolutely fantastic. Thank you to them both!
