Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional. Unethical asking for reviews for the sake of getting a higher review regardless if products are purchased. Unable to deal with constructive legitimate criticism. Terrible PR in the wake of a social media scandal as well. Many other worthy indie cosmetic brands to support.
Be aware of the “good” reviews
Be aware of the “good” reviews. The owner has extremely problematic behavior & shaming women with horrible words regarding her look & in general. Spoke to her in a threatening manners just because she stated the reality.
The owner sent her 800k followers to do high reviews to manipulate the stars on trust pilot, as it sits 2.5 ⭐️ which they don’t even deserve the 2.5⭐️
Reality is, this brand is shady, terrible customer service & very long shipping. The products are not as they make it seem. Save your money for a respectful brand. Don’t feed the mean girl “better than” everyone owner.

The brand owner is a vile bully with no professionalism. The company has terrible customer service. The makeup looks like it was shipped from SHEIN without any protection and arrives broken. Covergirl quality with Urban Decay pricing.

Product is a scam. Good reviews on here were the result of the company begging for higher ratings, not specifically regarding the product being sold. I will not support an abusive and conceited brand either.

A Brand Created by a Bully
Completely unethical brand and brand owner. Unable to take constructive criticism for their items that look like they were drop shipped from AliExpress and Temu. The brand owner called a customer a “fat nobody” when said customer wasn’t satisfied with the product and service. The brand owner then sent their nearly one million followers here to post positive reviews in order to feed her ego instead of correcting her horrible business practices. The brand also has not fulfilled many orders from people who spent over $100 on their products. The brand owner is a cruel bully who does not deserve to run a business or a social media following, especially when she is so cruel and hateful.
Avoid.
Products are terrible quality sold at an immense uplift. Overall the whole experience has been incredibly disappointing, from the unprofessional conduct of the brand itself, to the subpar products, and even the immensely extended shipping times. Overall I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from here.

This company had beautiful products but I can no longer support after their recent actions. They decided to bully and fat shame a customer because they didn't agree with their constructive criticism. The owner then pretended to be the victim and even wrote a fake apology from her DaD! This company is disgusting and unprofessional. They tuned their comments off too...guilty much?

I will never patronize Kaima Cosmetics. The owner has shown themself a hateful bully who would rather farm positive comments online than address the company’s shortcomings when customers have legitimate complaints. Customers have had issues with month long wait times, poor product performance, etc. In response the owner has chosen to email customers and call them ugly, fat, and “scabby”. If you aren’t going to use feedback to improve your business, I won’t be taking the risk in patronizing your business.

The fact that their customer service involves being rude and disrespectful to their customers calling them names and bullying them tells you everything you need to know about this brand.

Owner is a bully. Customers have repeatedly reported being ignored by customer services and shipping times of over a month. Owner then proceeded to lash out and bully people on Instagram that critiqued her for indirectly asking her followers to leave good reviews regardless of whether ylthey had purchased or not. Due to recent Brand action and owner bullying their customer I will not support this brand in the future. Products feel, smell and look like dropship aliexpress shit. If you don’t want a headache and insults from the owner consider saving your hard earned money and AVOIDING THIS BRAND at all costs

If I could leave zero stars I would! Worst company Ive ever dealt with! Product turned up 6 weeks after purchase and when I emailed after 3 weeks to ask where it was was told to take a chill pill and that if I hadn’t paid extra for faster postage that was my fault it hadn’t been sent yet😳
Product was dry, flaky and pigment was awful. Worse than revoluntion palettes and that says a lot! When I requester to refund amd refund got told they don’t do refunds and it was clearly that I hadn’t a clue how to use makeup properly and incorrect application!
The brand owners attitude stinks and having seen her reaction and nastiness to another person online recently prompted me to actually leave this review a year on.
Had to do a chargeback from my bank to get a refund in the end as I was blocked on email etc by extremely unprofessional “brand”
