After many, many years of use, I am inundated with spam calls. I hate to give up my number because of past marketing but I've had to put my number on hold to see if that helps with spam. Its been that way for a couple years now. May have to discontinue use.

Have been using Kall8 for at least 14 years now. The ease of use and features with affordable price makes it a no brainer.

I got my Kall8 toll-free number 13 years ago when I moved my small business to another state and it's been super! I got to choose among a long list of numbers which was awesome! Besides the obvious benefit of inviting more callers, Kall8 emails me after every call ends so even when I'm away from the phone I know when a call has come in. It's very easy to change the "ring to" number so I can have all my Kall8 calls ring to my cell or my home phone when no one is in the office. The fee is so reasonable but I keep it as low as possible by answering, taking in the caller's purpose or question, and then saying I'll call back in a minute with the answer. I'm on the verge of retiring & terminating that number, but I wouldn't use any other toll-free service but Kall8.

Always perfect and reliable service I can't believe its been 15 years !!!

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet...Kall8 is the best of the best...Excellent customer service also! I've been a Kall8 client for like I don't know...7 - 8 years and have never had 1 issue. I highly recommend

I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user for over 17 years now. Being able to route calls based on time/day has made it invaluable. I'd be glad to report on my recent experiences with Customer Service -- except that in 17 years, I think I have only needed to contact them maybe 1-2 times, many years ago. (It was positive then.)

We have used Kall8 for over 12 years without issue, it's easy to set up and the website is very easy to use. We changed our phone number a few times and the change with Kall8 was simple. I highly recommend.

Been using this service for years and love the simplicity of it and the multiple features. I would like to see a little more training and demos of different ways the technology could be used, but otherwise love the cost structure and functionality.

Kall 8 is available in the hours they say and my service has not been interrupted for any reason unless it was my fault, so Nothing But Good Things to Say About Kall8. Excellent! It works perfectly well.

Worst customer service. They don't even tell you how much your fixed monthly cost for each specific number is. They only tell you the costs for minutes used but not the fixed monthly cost. Website is also so outdated it looks like it was built in the 90s

KALL8 has been a great addition to our company's communications suite. Both the products and the customer service experience have been both productive and positive.
