I order a top that was originally $119 down to $30. I have several of the evening tops, as was this one, and always order a small. This is probably a large. They said no returns on items that are reduced this low. I find this to be unfair even for $30 plus with tax. Not only was the top severely over-sized, but the customer service rep also said absolutely not.

I purchased a sweater from Karen Kane and pd 158.00! I wore for only 6 hours and it pilled all over. They replied that it is cotton and must be dry cleaned. Who would spend more money on a pilled sweater! What a waste of money !

Orders take weeks to arrive. Returns are costly including the loss of any discount you received on other items. Customer Service reps are rude. Nothing is worth this. And seeing the number of bad reviews tells me mine was not an isolated case. Time for this brand to go away.

This brand should be extinct by now customer service is sooooo awful I made my sister clear her cart and shop else where im spreading the word on this one over priced walmart clothing with sew in kk tags

Horrible customer service!!! Purchased what I thought was a nice dress , the wrong dress was sent, very frumpy, and they refuse to credit my account even though the dress was returned as per their instructions.. will never purchase anything Karen Kane again and will try to get satisfaction through my credit card.. buyer beware !!

I placed my first order from Karen Kane for a pair of shoes. I received the 7.5 shoes and they are too small. I called to exchange or return, and was told it was a final sale. I'm shocked they won't exchange the shoes for a larger size! Terrible customer service! I will never shop here again!

I recently ordered two pair of shoes, the Carolina made by the Charleston Shoe Company. One of the pairs came in the wrong color.

I called their number and spoke with Andrew, a manager at Karen Kane.

Andrew sent me an email within minutes of our conversation. I followed the instructions and a new pair of shoes was shipped the next morning.

I will definitely be ordering from Kane Kane again!

I returned an item and they said they think it got damaged in shipping and they wont accept it. They told me I would have to spend more money sending them a shipping label to get my item I paid 140 dollars for that didn't fit so I was returning. If I don't send a label they keep my item and my money. Fraudulent. I will never shop here again.

I returned a dress that arrived to Karen Kane on 3/28/25 (FedEx tracking - company’s label). On 4/9/25, I called to ask about the status of the refund. I was told that on 3/29/25, the company had tried to process the return but I had paid with PayPal and there was “a communication error” between the companies so the refund didn’t go through. He said he would initiate a new request and I should see it in 3-5 business days but as early as tomorrow. I said, “if I hadn’t called to check on this, would the company have bothered to attempt to issue the refund?” And he said yes, there would have been an attempt two weeks after the first. I’m not buying that at all. There was no way I’d see this money without calling. I don’t trust this company at all.

Big disappointment. Should have read the reviews first. Ordered four items and all are going back. The quality of the fabrics was so subpar. The pants were itchy and the dress was flimsy. Don’t know how a company like this can operate. Don’t buy.

Karen Kane is only found in some stores and there are no KK stores, only outlets. To have to pay shipping may be ok one way, but to have to pay to return it when the purchase did not work out is just not good business practice. There is a cost to being in business and considering there are not many shops that even carry KK, it should be their cost to absorb the fee to return an item. How exactly can you know whether the item purchased fits properly or that you even like it until you can try it and see also how it feels. I will never order anything from Karen Kane again!

Awful Company terrible customer support. The item I ordered was damaged. They made me go through the rigmarole of taking pictures waiting five days six calls to the company to get a label only to tell me they have no replacement when the customer service representative I was actually able to get in touch with told me they had plenty. I like the clothing but the petites do not have the colors or styles that the average ones have. Also almost EVERY THING is Dry Clean Only. On one hand they play up what they are doing for the planet and on another they are promoting the dry cleaning industry with its enviornmental waste and poisons Their jewelry is junk too.

Their clothes are the most basic, nothing special, very bland and boring. Out of entire catalog it maybe ONE(!) item that will make me look twice at it.
Extraordinary dull clothes!
It's a mystery how they are staying in business for this long with such pathetic selection as theirs.
Please stop mailing your catalog to me. In ten years I bought exactly five items and that would be the end of it. Year after year the same boring styles.

There is an imposter website, karenkanes.com (an added "s") that is trying to pass as karenkane.com. make sure not to mistakenly order from them. Make sure you go to karenkane.com.

They don't ship when they say they are going to. Takes forever to get a person. No traceability for days so you have no idea where the item is and I needed it for a special occasion. When I finally received the 3 items, they were not at all worth the cost. I reviewed each item individually, and honest points of my opinion of the item so that others would know details before purchasing and Karen Kane has now blocked my email and is not allowing my review to be posted...Wow really?!

I ordered two jackets online on a Friday night/Saturday morning and I paid a lot of money for overnight shipping. I then started trying to contact the company because I got worried about it. I had to leave on Tuesday and I wanted to be sure I got it by Tuesday. I had to go to court with an elderly relative and I needed the jacket. Finally when I reached someone Monday, they said no it wouldn’t be processed until Monday and I couldn’t possibly receive it until Tuesday and possibly Wednesday. I asked for a refund on the overnight shipping and was refused . I don’t think they should offer overnight shipping if they don’t mean overnight shipping and then charge $50 for it. I won’t be doing business with them again.

I bought a twist knot sweatshirt on sale. It was definitely not worth the $20 I paid for it. Cheap quality. The retail tag price was $118. Unbelievable. This was something I would expect from Walmart. Going in the giveaway bag.

My first and last order from Karen Kane. I paid $22 for the "opportunity" to try on an unflattering wrap dress that I returned. I was charged for shipping and tax to me and shipping back to them. Goodbye Karen Kane.

Worst customer service I purchased final sale items. Receive the items and they did not fit or were not flattering. Spoke to the supervisor Alex he stated that he’s unable to to take back final sales even exchange all I asked was for a bigger size and he refused. I do not recommend this company. Worst customer service ever and they don’t call you back when they say they’re gonna call you back. Very very disappointed.
