Fantastic service. I ordered a Killstar cardigan on Thursday night knowing it won't come until after Christmas. I received the dispatch email Friday and was amazed to have a knock at the door 20 mins ago with my order.
The cardigan is unreal, absolutely love it.
Will definitely order from here again

Been using Kate`s clothing for a few years now and can honestly say there customer service is as good as it gets. The only thing I would say to be aware of is some of their sizing comes up on the small side so worth bearing this in mind when ordering, that said the whole exchange / refund process is fast & painless which is exactly how it should be. Bottom line is I cannot rate this company highly enough as things will always occasionally go wrong when you shop on line but what matters is how well the seller handles the problem & in my humble opinion Kate`s is up there with the best of them.

I love this shop, everything is always posted super fast so receive the next day or the day after. Everything is always perfect when it arrives, I've bought from here so many times and never fails to disappoint. If you're into alternative clothing and items you won't find a better shop than here.

Consistently fantastic products and customer service is second to none. The delivery times are also great. My go to for all gothic/alternative clothing, accessories and homewards.

Amazing, I would give it 10 starts if I could! I never write reviews but I had to with this company. I’d never ordered from here before so was admittedly a bit anxious I wouldn’t get my clothes quickly enough but I really needed next day delivery - this company is so reliable, the clothes came exactly on time even though I live in a very northern part of Scotland AND halloween is a really busy time of year for postage! The clothes are beautiful and packaged really well - cannot recommend enough - you’ve got a customer for life here!

They helped me change my address when i realized i did an error, very quick to reply to your concerns. The package came fairly quick and was packaged well. Will be purchasing again, Thank you! :)

Have ordered from them many times, never any problems with items or delivery. Everything is packed securely so even fragile items have made it to me unharmed, and delivery has normally been within a couple of days of the order.
The only problem I have is that their fantastic offers tempt me into buying more often than I should!

I ordered from here on Monday afternoon and received my package on Wednesday. Excellent service and the ceramic item arrived in one piece as it was packaged very well. I've ordered from this website twice now and will certainly be doing so again! 10/10!

My favourite place to buy from for so many reasons. They stock a wide range of items and brands. Their prices are great and they offer price matching. You get regular updates on your order. They dispatch items lightening fast. There are regular offers and really good savings to be found in the clearance section. You can do free returns. You can even earn loyalty points. When I've had any issues with my order it's been sorted straight away. The customer service is amazing and staff are super helpful, quick to respond and really friendly. Like I can't think of anything else they could possibly improve on. Thanks for being awesome!

I basically ordered some hair dye, after I purchased it and went to the homepage, it basically came up with a promotion which was not there when I ordered my hair dye. Anyway I got in touch with KatesClothing and they refunded me the 20%, not many places would do that, I am very grateful and satisfied customer! Thank you again!

Have been ordering from Kate's for a while now for my daughter. The service has always been really fast and the clothing quality excellent. Had a problem recently with some gift cards that wouldn't work but they sorted it out straightaway with no problems. Really fantastic!

I recently had a small fault with an item, (not their fault) and they responded extremely fast and sent me a replacement. They were very polite and fast to respond. The clothes are always amazing and very very well priced. Packed beautifully (had rainbow pride tape) and I received it very fast.

100% recommend.
