Sofa is slightly lighter color in…
Sofa is slightly lighter color in person than on line and the fabric feels a little itch on bare legs. The quality appears great, however,paying nearly $300 for “white glove” delivery is a bit steep. Two men carried it 20 feet through my from door and set it down.. no gloves or shoe covers on my brand new floors . Before he walked away I asked if he would help me center it on the wall. The second man was no where to be seen.

No Call Ahead Prior to In Home Delivery
We received no call ahead prior to delivery. The designer was unable to advise the client or meet the delivery, leaving us looking unprofessional.

Price Gouging
This was priced much higher than the same item from Overstock. You charged me $600 more than Overstock for the same item.

Fantastic customer service
My chair order was delayed by a month, which wasn't Kathy Kuo's fault. It was the manufacturer's fault. Because of that I emailed Kathy Kuo to cancel my order and their customer service was fantastic. They responded to my email immediately. Didn't make me call them. And I had the refund on my credit card within a couple of days. They're legit. I would order from them again.

The table is gorgeous and well…
The table is gorgeous and well constructed. I was talking to a vendor who saw my table when we were doing some design work and said “oh I could’ve got you a table the same style for way cheaper….” Then she took and physically showed it to me; no way did they compare!!! mine is a piece of art and hers was “a table”. You get what you pay for.
