I ordered a crt space u and im well pleased thank you Doug for a fast shipping well packaged radio.

I felt that I had some really good advice with regards to mobile antenna and was thrilled with the solution I got.

Seems to be a really friendly place and the items were delivered swiftly, well packaged and j was really happy with everything.

Back into radio after many years away, I bought several items I needed from knights, The day after I ordered I recieved a phone call from knights telling me they had a problem with delivery, so they delivered it personally that day, more than satisfied, everything I have heard about knights is true, thats what I call good service.

Myself and my wife will be leaving the UK soon and heading off to the Sun set for the foreseeable future, but I wanted to publicly thank Doug and the team at Knights for their impeccable and first class service over the years before we go. I have been dealing with Knights for longer than I can remember, and I would guess that I am probably one of their biggest customers. Yes I openly admit I have a serious obsession, which anyone that knows me, knows that CB and Amateur Radio has been my passion for many years hopefully, and will continue to be so for many years to come. Their service, pricing and service delivery is probably one of the best in the UK, if not the world, and in all the years I have never had a reason to moan or complain, any minor issues (if any as i cant honestly remember any) would have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. Thank you Doug and Team, you have been an amazing company and a pleasure to deal with, I hope I can find another company as good as you guys where we are going.

Service was very very good.
I ordered online - easy.
I noticed i had incorrectly ordered an item, so called the next morning. No issues and no bother. The item was changed and the very next day everything turned up.
Very helpful on the telephone as well :-)

Customer service is exemplary, have bought several items and all have arrived very quickly. I bought a second-hand SS9900 that had the frequencies all mixed up, Knights supplied me with a dat file to correct the problem, even though they didn't have to.
Will be using them as my go to supplier of all things radio from now on.

I Couldn't get the GPS unit for my sds200e anywhere.

I had used Knights years ago with the CB equipment ordering from catalogue. To be honest I didn't know they still operated.

I dealt with Doug over the phone and he sourced the GPS unit from Avera and had it imported. From ordering to delivery was just over a week. Can't do better than that really.
