Actively advertising 12 of an item on Wallmart. I received only 6. I immediately contacted Walmart whom it was advertised through. Days of run around from KeHE. Repeative scripted responces to delay the correct action = To send the remaining items. They still have this listing active but refused to send me the missing items. They gave me an undesired partial refund when I told them I wanted my 6 other items.

Avoid this company. Horrible unprofessional customer service. I reported all this to Wal-Mart. Even they said this situation was unacceptable and are going to look into it to take action.

I am extremely disappointed with KeHE’s service. Their team sent me an incorrect invoice showing the wrong company address, which caused my invoice to be rejected. I immediately contacted KeHE and requested a correction, but even after 10 days, there has been no proper response or action from their side.

I have provided all correct business details and followed up multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved. This delay has wasted both my time and money. It’s unacceptable for a company like KeHE to handle such a simple invoice correction so poorly.

All I asked for was to update my invoice so I could continue doing business with them, but instead, I received no clear communication or support. Very disappointing experience — KeHE’s customer service needs serious improvement.
