I have needed a new coupling for the liquidiser for my old Kenwood Chef for ages, and managed to buy the wrong part from a different supplier on two occasions. I finally got round to trying for a third time , and approached Kenwoodchefrestore for advice. They identified the correct part, dispatched it swiftly, and it’s all working fine. Highly recommended.

These people are total professionals. I have an extensive collection of vintage mixers and they have serviced and restored numerous pieces and always fantastic work. Just had a Kenwood 701 serviced - 60+ years old and running like new now. Also my US KitchenAid converted to UK voltage - again perfect work. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I have also bought form their shop - they make sure you get the correct part and it arrives very promptly.

Brilliant company and speedy too. My 8 year old Kenwood Chef had a slight accident and afterwards the motor sounded very rough. Found Kenwood Chef Restore online and realised they are based locally to me. Contacted Alexander and was able to drop off my Chef to him the following day. The motor definitely need replacing and I had a service as well. 5 days later it was ready to collect.
I am very happy to recommend this business and will certainly use them again if I need spare parts

I needed just the flexible part of my flexible mixer attachment for an old Kenwood Chef.
Kenwood Chef Restore was the only company (of the several online companies selling spares) who confirmed it would fit my mixer attachment.
The others tried to sell me the much more expensive whole replacement head.
My order arrived really quickly, and is a perfect fit.
Customer services responded to my emails really quickly too.

What a find this company is. So helpful in every way. I’m pretty clueless about how things work but Alex knew just what I needed, supplied the part promptly, together with fitting instructions. I inherited a 1960s Kenwood Chef A701/A mixer when my Mum passed away but it was in a bad state of repair and stopped working. Alexander has fully restored it back to full working order and it now looks like new and runs amazingly! Communication from Alexander and progress updates along the way were great and the end result is far better than I imagined was possible for a 60-year old machine. Thank you so much - I would rate this service with 6 stars if I could!

Found the part I needed very easily (no longer available from Kenwood itself), ordered it yesterday and received it today, no fuss and just what I ordered. Can't do better than that.
