KeraFiber.com Reviews

I found Kera Fiber very easy to deal with both on the web site and over the phone when I rang with a question regarding the order

Excellent product and service

Excellent service. Product packaged well and delivered promptly. Competitively priced compared with other similar products.

I placed the order on 06 April. The information was sent to FedEx the same day, but the package didn't shipping until 6 days later on the 12th. I had to place an order with caboki, which arrived in 3 days. My order from you came on the 18th. That was a ridiculously long time to wait. I contacted customer service through emails asking why it was so late, but the only information they gave me was the expected delivery date. Horrible service and will look at continuing with another company!!!

I highly recommend this product. I won't be using anything else from now on!

Love it, Trust you t.

Fantastic product that I would buy over and over again

I love the product I've been using it for years. I would love to get more discount e-mails.

I am very disappointed because I did not get an answer re : color of product. ---much to dark. almost black.

renate clynes

It works great. It does not smer compare to cabuki !
Thanks Hermie

I enjoy the product very much since it does the job. I have using it for about four years now and could never be more satisfied. I would recommend it to anyone.

Good Product and quick delivery

It really works, however it comes off easy and since you have to apply daily one bottle may only last a few weeks

Ordered product 2 weeks ago and yet to receive.

It makes me feel great! I love it! my hair looks thicker. Thank you very much.... Cjar

I order some products since two months but i have not receive it yet.

The reason I am not completely satisfied is because the KeraFiber seemed to have disappeared as soon as I put some hair products on to style my hair. My hair is grey and it didn't look any thicker or fuller after I put styling foam and hair spray on.

I ordered 1 Coco Genix. I received 2. I was billed for 2. I was advised to send 1 back.I sent them both back within the trial month. I was never credited with both payments. they still owe me £29.95. even after complaining over the phone to them 3 times! They kept saying that the manager will call me. they never did. disreptuble company.

I have not used the product yet because the total order has not been received :(

I was so suprised when I recieved my kerafiber at how well it covered my thinning hair an did not have to use very much. i am very pleased i bought kerafiber
