Avoid at all costs.
I purchased 2x KeyGreen mini skip bags in Woodies on August 29th for €37. Filled them over that weekend. On August 31st ordered and paid KeyGreen €238 for collection. It’s now Oct 6th i’ve called KeyGreey multiple times, the bags haven’t been collected and i haven’t been able to use my driveway for the last 5 weeks.

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE ..I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my Skipbag collect ..4 scheduled collection dates and nobody came . Spoke to person in charge on the phone and he couldn’t sound more disinterested if he tried.. do yourself a favour use any other company not this one

Absolutely terrible customer support.

Booked a collection and no one turned up. They said they couldnt find my booking. I think it's a scam avoid at all costs while i start a chargeback.

Sid a guy with little to no English constantly spoke over me and said they're too busy to collect.

Very disappointing experience with Key Green/KeyWaste.

On 22 April 2026, one of your green-bin collection trucks collided with my car while I was driving. The road was very narrow, but I was travelling in my normal lane and the truck moved into my lane, causing the collision.

At the scene, the driver accepted responsibility, provided me with the relevant insurance details, took photographs and told me that he would report the incident to his employer.

Months later, I have now received correspondence from the company's insurer stating that their client is no longer accepting liability. I am also being told that their dashcam footage supposedly shows the truck remaining on its side of the road. This does not match what I experienced or what happened from my perspective.

I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. If a company vehicle is involved in an accident, I would expect the matter to be dealt with honestly, professionally and fairly.

I am now pursuing the matter through the appropriate insurance/claims process and have retained the photographs and other evidence relating to the accident.

I would strongly encourage Key Green/KeyWaste to review the incident properly, including the full dashcam footage, rather than simply relying on their driver's version of events.

I hope this can still be resolved fairly and professionally.

Ordered a skip bag on 12 August and it still hasn't arrived on 18 September. Called 3 times for a refund and customer service just keeps saying no it will be delivered soon. Wish I had read the reviews first. Putting a complaint into CCPC based on the number of people this seems to have happened to.

Absolutely shocking service.
Waited over a week to get skip bag collected.
Paid for and everything. I phoned multiple times and was told that it would definitely be collected the nest day with no such thing

Won't collect skip. Over charged me. Won't give overpaid money back. Will not communicate with me. Terrible company

How I wish I’d read these reviews before contacting this lot for collection of a skip bag! Picked up one of their bags from Woodies booked a collection online, paid, got an email confirming the date of pickup; date came no pickup: called and got a convoluted story about pickup 5 working days after the date you choose for collection??? This lot couldn’t organise the proverbial event in a brewery ! Steer clear - surprised at Woodies supplying.

I ordered the collection of a skip back on July 19 and the website says that it could take up to 10 days, after 10 days I call them and they said it would take 10 more days, I waited 10 more days and call them. They said something was wrong, and I had to wait four more days and then they hung up on me and closed the office so now when I call them the office is closed until Monday.

Ordered and paid for collection of A1 skip bag on June 29. It's now July 10 and it still has not been collected. I've e-mailed them, phoned them -- no joy. They claim 1-7 working days for collection........I'm way beyond that. AVOID this outfit

They are ok, just one setback when you pick date it is not day of collection, they collect within 5 working days after. Overall ok experience.

Absolute joke of a company. They posted me a baby skip bag which was €25 . So I filled it , rung them to collect it and then they said that they don't collect in my area! They knew my address as they posted me the bag. I want my money back. Absolute clowns.

Absolutely unprofessional. Withdrawing money for services not performing them. Every single week need to do a claim, spend my time on calls and emails to make them do their job. Already 3 times called to refuse from services, dropped email, during almost a week of promises from call centre to handle it and that the general management will take care to help- NO ONE MOVED A FINGER.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life dealing with a skip collection that never came. 3 weeks we were waiting with promises of collections, multiple phone calls, taking time off work for no reason. DO NOT deal with this company. You will regret it . Awful experience.
