I ordered my dress blindly from Khanum’s for my pre-wedding party, having never ordered from it before (targeted on Instagram after searching endlessly for dresses on other popular dress platforms). Upon receiving the package in Dubai a few days after I ordered, I was immediately impressed with the incredibly stunning, luxurious packaging. I then unraveled the box only to find the most stunning, EXTREMELY high quality dress that was heavy because of the quality of the fabric, and not a single crease in it (again because of the high-quality fabric). The dress fit like an absolute glove and was nothing short of elegant - it was definitely a dress that got all the attention at my wedding cocktail party.

Their customer support is amazing, very cooperative! My dress arrived within 3 days only and the quality was excellent!!

I had a quick question and reached out on their WhatsApp, and honestly the whole experience was so easy. The person I spoke to was really kind and helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me.
They made the whole process of buying my dress feel really smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Such a nice experience overall – I’d definitely recommend

From the very beginning, I sent an email inquiring about sizing and had no idea what to expect. What I got was above and beyond customer service quality! Emer was a delight to talk to and so helpful. The care and information provided in each and every email made it so I could choose the right dress from the get go. Truly a wonderful company and the quality of the dress is exquisite. If ever another event arises, I will be ordering from Khanum’s again!

Quick delivery and got so many compliments on my dress. Definitely felt like a queen wearing a Khunum’s dress and felt unique.

I ordered Khanums Krace dress all the way from London to Maldives for my Nikkah and im so happy i did. I received the order in less than a month and the dress was beyond my expectations. The quality of the material used in the dress is amazing, it was so heavy and the stitching was beautifully done as well. The pearls even look like they’re great quality and they even gave extra pearls just in case.

I also mailed Khanums before ordering to provide details of the dress measurements and they replied swiftly, it’s the perfect dreamy dress. Highly recommended!!

What Khanum’s did for me was outstanding and honestly beyond words. I initially purchased the wrong size and reached out to their team about a return. They were immediately kind, responsive, and happy to accommodate me. I shipped the dress back, but that’s when the nightmare began.

The shipping company I used completely failed to deliver the package. It was “lost” for an entire month and eventually returned to me because they claimed the address was incorrect. By the time I finally got it back, I was well outside the return window. I contacted Khanum’s again, explained the situation, and despite the delay not being my fault, I was still technically out of timeframe.
Their response? Pure understanding and grace.
They listened to my situation with so much care and empathy and kindly extended the return period for me. Not only that, but they provided me with a return label and arranged the shipping themselves to avoid any further issues. Even more impressively, they honored the original Black Friday discounted price instead of charging the updated full price. That level of integrity is rare.

They also helped me choose the correct size and guided me through the entire process step by step. Once everything was sorted, I shipped it back, and they returned the new size to me via express delivery . it arrived in less than two days!

Now, about the dress itself: it is absolutely stunning. The fabric and quality are incredible. For sizing, I would recommend going one size up if you prefer a less snug fit. Instead, if you want it to be tight, then go for your usual size. Just be careful. I think that the taller you are, the better an extra size is. Following the size chart, with my measurements, I’m supposed to be an M. However, I don’t quite like the fit of Large, as it was too tight on me (I think this also relates to the fact that the taller you are the wider your hips are)

For reference, my measurements are:
• Chest: 88 cm
• Waist: 70 cm
• Hips: 100 cm
• Height: 6’0”

And yes. this dress is truly tall-girl friendly! I’m 6 feet tall, and it still reached my feet with length to spare.

Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Khanum’s went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend , not just for the beautiful designs, but for the incredible team behind them.

The dresses are amazing just like the staff. I had some worries about one dress and sent a email. I got fast replies and info. So i ordet my dress and it was perfect. I will gladly in the future buy more dresses from them :)

I originally had my heart set on a different outfit from Cannes, but unfortunately it was no longer in stock. While browsing, I came across another dress that instantly caught my eye and I’m so glad I did!

The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They even offered to custom-make the original outfit that was out of stock, which I thought was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. That level of care really stood out to me.

Postage was incredibly fast. I received my dress within just two days! It was beautifully packaged, and I especially loved that the outfit came in its own satin travel bag. Such a perfect touch and so practical for storing or travelling with it.

Honestly, they’ve quickly become one of my new favourites, and I’m already looking forward to purchasing from them again. I’m pretty sure this won’t be my last order. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! ✨

Ridiculous shop! They refuse legal return of items with some home made laws on the website. I am planning to sue them to get the refund, bunch of clowns.
