I have purchased two pairs of kickers
I have purchased two pairs of kickers, one for my daughter and one for my son. The shoes themselves look good but my sons are way too big so not true to size and although my daughters fit well, the zips on her boots unzip by themselves throughout the day which is really disappointing.

Quality nosedive.......
I have been a happy KICKERS (R) customer for several decades HOWEVER my latest experience has left me less than gruntled. New boots purchased and they are awful. Very poorly designed. High ankle cuff is really stiff and inflexible, bites into the ankle and abrades skin causing bleeding. Unwearable. This is not just "new footwear needing breaking in". Disappointingly, KICKERS "Customer Services" way less than helpful too. Save your pennies, and shop elsewhere.

Delivery was very quick, communication was great, very impressed that the sizes are always available on the kickers site directly.
Only thing I noticed I ordered 1 pair they were slightly small sent them back received a half size up perfect but both have a very strange and strong smell on the outside yes I know its leather but it’s unpleasant so bare that in mind
