I was so happy when I received my hammock chair from King Camp. I even made a video laughing saying "no regrets" and sent it to my daughter. It was honestly the best purchase I had ever made for the first 4 uses. Every time I used it I ranted and raved about how amazing it was and I could never go without it. My fourth and last venture with this chair was during the feast of Tabernacles with my church. We were camping and enjoying our time. A few minutes earlier someone had made a comment about my chair about how comfortable it was. I'm grateful now that I said what brand it was because 5 minutes later I wound up on my butt in the dirt. So $120 is not worth 4 fun filled swings in my chair. I wish I paid closer attention to the one stars who said it was not worth the value. I will blast this everywhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. MY $120+ chair I had under 3 months and got 4 camping trips out of it. Well 3 because it did not make it through the 4th adventure. Now it is one mighty expensive ground covering 😣

Well, where to begin…
Ordered a tent from Kingcamp.co.uk not realising they were in the united states.
Their customer support is email only.
After receiving no delivery information I emailed them to be told that the product I ordered was out of stock and would ship from hong kong in 10-15 days. Okay slightly miffed as it did not state on the website the product was out of stock. However as it was free shipping I was okay with it. So when the product finally arrived in the UK everything went quiet. I then received a txt message saying I owed over £300 in import taxes, VAT and shipping fees!! Straight back onto kingcamp customer service who advised me that there would be no shipping fees however to get the tent delivered by the domestic carrier in the Uk, DHL, I should pay the fee and they would reimburse me.
Reluctantly I put my trust in them and paid the fees.

The day the tent was delivered by DHL, Kingcamp paid the £300 back into my bank account.

Moral of the story is, sometimes you have to trust that the big guy will see the little guy right, and they did, they were true to their word. Would I buy from them again, absolutely.

Big shout out to Amber at KingKamp customer service for her care & attention to detail and for going the extra mile and making me feel like I was her only customer.

Die Spedition Dachser hält Liefertermine nicht ein und behauptet der Kunde sei schuld. kingcamp unterstützt den kunden nicht bei der Lieferung stellt sich bei Beschwerdenauf die seite der Spedition. Kingcamp arbeitet für die Beantwortung von beschwerden mit einer Firma namens Trekvogel zusammen, welche unerwartet in die Korrespondenz einsteigt. Unter dem Impressum von kingcamp ist eine Telefonnummer angegeben bei der keiner abnimmt. Alles ser unseriös. Bei Stornierung der Bestellung, wegen 4 nicht eingehalten Lieferterminen und beleidigendem verhalten von Dachser und Trekvogel, sollen dann dem Kunden die Lieferkosten in Rechnung gestellt werden, obwohldie Lieferungohne lieferkosten stattfinden sollte.

Order my camping cot. Got it put together to realize that it’s just not comfortable and not going to work for me. Reached out to the company for a return and it’s past the - get ready for this- 30 day return window. Seriously - 30 days!!!! This says a lot to me about this company and their product. Only
A company the didn’t believe in their product would make such a short return window. Just a heads up! Their products for a cot are NOT comfortable and poor return policy.

Die Bestellung und der Versand erfolgten schnell . Leider wurde die Sendung , ohne darauf hinzuweisen vom Amazon Paketdienst gebracht. Eine Rechnung habe ich trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht erhalten. Es wurde nicht mal auf meine Mails geantwortet. Das ist leider ein ganz schlechter Service.
