Sorry to hear it's not arrived yet, we shipped it promptly the same day you ordered it, your chosen shipping method (trakpak) can be slow on international deliveries but that's unfortunately not something we can control. We do have faster shipping methods available at checkout (DHL) but they can work out more expensive.

Ordered a pair of demonia sandels 3 weeks ago for my daughters birthday at the time they said in stock so waited and nothing then after a week I decided to phone and was told they are coming direct from USA and would be here next week no problem I thought we’ll 2 weeks later still no sign of these and will now not get them in time had no emails or anything since getting the order confirmation pretty awful customer service. And best thing is website now says they have 9 pairs in stock I recommend avoiding this company and not parting with your hard earned money
