Great service, prompt delivery times. Couldn't complain

Ordered item on the 12th and its the 23rd
Got "2-5 days delivery" still no package or update on where my package is

Even got an email asking how the delivery was, with no package

This was a pre order that I haven't received yet. Stop asking me to review it until it's filled please.

I bought a voucher as a gift the response was immediate and the e voucher looked nice too. I simply forwarded it to my friend on his birthday. Was a very easy simple transaction.

Products as described, staff quick to ship orders and responsive to email queries. I would recommend

This order ORDER #33332 was made some time ago and I'm shocked to find it's "awaiting fulfillment". Would have expected a game that was in stock to have arrived by now.

Time was taken to liaise with me to work out what was possible with the order I wished to make.

The final result was delivered with excellent packaging to protect the items in transit.

Next day posted part of my delivery, in time for my son's birthday, when the rest was on back order from GW.
He was ecstatic with the first part and really pleased with the rest later on

Pre ordered items from the seller that originate from games workshop, Kirton are very good, their prices on the products i bought were some of the best i found and the staff are friendly and helpful and understanding, Kirtons only issue for me was not one of their own making however, as they are a 3rd party seller, their stock comes from games workshop directly and their logistics are more than terrible, its why i stopped shopping from them directly, as such and even though id pre ordered my items a week in advance games workshop had let Kirton down resulting in a lot of people, myself included, not getting their items when they were supposed to, because of games workshops F-up, Kirton ended up compensating many people, again myself included with either vouchers or small refund, which was appreciated but felt empty as it should have come from GW, my only criticism of Kirton is that i had to go to them to get updates on my order instead of them coming to me with updates.

3D printed what I asked for.

Only notable downside was I received no feedback on when to expect the items; until the postal service sent me an email a day or so before delivery. (Nothing from Kirton Games themselves).
Overall it took about 2 weeks to arrive, which was longer than the website suggested which, combined with the lack of feedback, meant I almost contacted them to enquire why the delay.

Perhaps some sort of notification that it’d been printed and/or was on its way would be enough to eliminate the above inconvenience.
