I came to Kirton games in search of a box of Kasrkin. They’re the hot property for the new Imperial Guard, Warhammer 40K.

They had them in stock, dispatched them on Express Shipping and they arrived on the next working day. Couldn’t ask for more!

Friendly staff, great location and a solid website combine to make this a truly special small business.

I paid extra to have the item shipped to my house, only to find out that the order is first shipped to the store. I subsequently picked it up in store as I live close, and thus had paid an extra few pounds for nothing. If it had been made clear that it would first arrive at the store, I obviously wouldn't have bothered to pay the extra.

UPDATE: Kirton Games have since been in touch and have refunded the extra I paid for the shipping!

Excellent service, always deliver

I have ordered from here before only to have my order not turn up as it had been lost or stolen from the store. I was give a refund and a voucher to use at a later date. This was a nice gesture so I decided to give them another go and ordered a core rules book for my son.

It’s now 2 weeks after I submitted and paid for my order and I have only just got an email saying it had been dispatched. 2 weeks to pick and pack a book is a joke. I’ve worked in logistics over 15 years and that is not a reasonable time to take in fulfilling an order. Will definitely not be getting another chance or using again.

Delivery was fast considering it was around new year, will be using again in the future. Really love the Cadia stands set

Put in an order here and at wayland games on the same day. 3 days later I have my order from wayland games. It’s now day 8 and I have nothing from Kirton games, the Shop app says my order has been placed only. 8 days and it’s still not even shipped! Service is terrible, it’s a pack of cards! Nothing massive.

My experience in the store is always a great one. No matter who is working they are always eager to help, provide advice, encouragement and just generally honest kind people. These guys love what they do and want others to love and appreciate the hobby as much as they do themselves. So if you were like me and maybe find it an intimidating thing to want to jump in to, or don't know where to start either of Thier stores are the places to go. It is a real safe place for me personally, when I feel low and need to take my mind elsewhere this is where I go. The hobby itself and these guys in general have helped me in more ways than one.
