We had visited two other kitchen companies before meeting John Grace at Kitchen World Waterford.

From our very first meeting, John really stood out. He thought completely outside the box and came up with a design that we hadn’t even considered ourselves. It was a fresh, creative approach — and it’s ultimately the design we chose.

We’re absolutely delighted with the final result. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and John was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout.

I couldn’t recommend him highly enough if you’re thinking about a new kitchen.

Barbara was so helpful and gave us excellent suggestions and advice. She went above and beyond to make our dream kitchen a reality, I'll highly recommend her.

He immediately put us at ease and was very professional and easy to deal with. we got a fair priced quote and we decided to go ahead with kitchen world. John gave us some discounts on various appliances,etc and gave us some great ideas. would highly recommend kitchen world and john as a consultant

Michelle is a kitchen 'expert' and knows what works and what won't work in your kitchen, even before we did!
The time Michelle spent on preparing plans and showing us the various options allowed us to get the perfect kitchen.
Everything went to plan from the first moment we went into the showroom until the day it was fitted. No drama!
Once the various kitchen items were delivered Alan came and fitted them over 3 days. He worked quietly and expertly , cleaning as he went from unit to unit until finally it all came together. We are delighted with how it looks and works.
The team in Kitchen World did everything they promised and nothing was too much trouble. Stress free and no Drama. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you guys.

We’ve had a fantastic experience so far with Kitchen World Waterford. Although our kitchen hasn’t been delivered yet (our house isn’t quite ready!), we wanted to share how impressed we’ve been with the service to date.

John has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning — offering great advice, guiding us through the design process, and bringing a wealth of knowledge to every decision. He suggested ideas and solutions we simply wouldn’t have thought of ourselves, which has made a huge difference to the final design.

What really stood out was his patience and approach — he was never pushy and was more than happy to accommodate the many changes we requested along the way. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful.

We would highly recommend having a chat with John if you’re considering a new kitchen — we’re really looking forward to seeing everything come together

I had an amazing experience working with John Grace at Kitchen World in Waterford. From the very start, Johns creativity and expertise truly shone through. He helped me design my dream kitchen and came up with so many innovative ideas—many of which I would never have thought of myself. He was incredibly patient, spending so much time with me to make sure everything was just right. He was mindful of my budget and while making thoughtful suggestions did not push for the most expensive options. His helpfulness and dedication made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He cordinated and managed delivery and fitting of my kitchen so seamlessly it was totally stressfree and a very pleasant experience. Also shoutout to Pamela and Shane who fitted my new kitchen. They were excellent at their job and professional and friendly at all times.

I have just had my kitchen installed through the Finglas branch I have been dealing with Shannen.its been a long road for me. After a rough start with a rogue builder I had to delay my delivery and Shannen could not have been more understanding and supportive. Kitchen World are blessed to have a staff member like her as she was so obliging in the most genuine way and I really felt that she had my best interest at heart. She helped me get the best for my budget and I am so so delighted with the end result. I cannot recommend Shannen and Kitchen World services from planning to instalation .

We just wanted to write a quick thank you note to Lorna and all the Team in Kitchen World Bray . We were so lucky to have been helped by them via DIY-SOS last September. They stepped in to give our son Kyle some much needed help. The kitchen and equipment installed by Kitchen World Bray has been transformative, giving Kyle access to so many things we all take for granted, particularly as a wheelchair user. Six months down the line it’s perfect , fresh and bright and we look forward every morning to spending time there . We would highly recommend Kitchen World Bray . We had a great experience from start to finish with Kitchenworld Waterford. John the design consultant was so good to deal with from the moment we entered the showroom. He displayed a great attention to detail and his knowledge and experience really helped us nail down a design that we were happy with. Our kitchen arrived on time with no issues and our fitter Chris has done an amazing job in piecing together our dream kitchen. He really took the time to make sure every detail was perfectly fitted. We genuinely couldn't be happier with the result.

Excellent Experience – Highly Recommend

We recently purchased our kitchen from Kitchen World in Finglas and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were very helpful throughout the design process and took the time to understand what we wanted, while also offering great advice and practical ideas we hadn’t considered.

The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and the installation went very smoothly. Everything was delivered on time and the fitters were very professional and tidy.

What stood out most was the level of customer service – we always felt looked after and any questions we had were dealt with quickly.

Delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation recommending Kitchen World Finglas to anyone thinking about a new kitchen.

We experienced great customer care from Devin - he was thorough and helpful from start to finish and was able to sort a couple of minor problems we had efficiently and as stress free as possible.

I am not entirely happy with the fitters and there were a few errors made while fitting our kitchen - initially it had been measured wrong, and then sockets in previous cupboards were fitted over and extractor fan was fitted upside down for example. So I would recommend being onsite and making sure you are happy with how everything looks and works while it is being fitted.

Overall we had a good experience with Kitchen World longmile road. Devin was our salesperson and designer and he did a great job working with us to get a good price, keep the costs under control, and react to our design thoughts & preferences. The other staff in there were helpful also. Devin also responded well when there was some small problems with the fitting subsequently, as did Tony the fitter. Overall would recommend Kitchenworld for a good value good looking kitchen.
