Excellent buying experience!
Great service from start to finish. The sales team were brilliant from the start on the early negotiating sale side. Always felt I could get hold of the team for any questions etc. Then we were passed to Denise for sales progression who was faultless. She kept us up to date throughout the entire process both on whatsapp and also phone calls. Communication was superb throughout, always felt I could get help if needed! Would not hesitate to recommend Knightsbridge to anyone looking to buy/sell a property!

Wont giving you a viewing for 2 weeks
Tried to book a viewing in Leicester for 16 Sackville Gardens, cant fit me in for 2 weeks. Initially spent 10 mins on the phone taking info from me to tell me a back log of 2 weeks, I gave up.

House Purchase…
We tried to purchase a house through Knightsbridge. The agency were great at keeping us informed. The purchase process took over a year, due to difficulties with gaining vacant possession of the property.
Special mention for Jake who stepped in when the purchase started to go awry.
He maintained a level of effort, communication and professionalism that was very refreshing.
In the end the purchase didn’t go through, but that was in no way down to Jake or his team.
The market changed and we were unable to agree a fair market price.
If you need an agent that is prepared to go the extra mile and will try to assist you all the way then I would highly recommend Knightsbridge. They provide a first class reliable service with good honest advice and all done with a level of respect and always with a smile.

This review is for the Knightsbridge Oadby Branch.
I don't like to leave negative reviews. I run my own business and as such, I always think twice. I only left one negative review last year and I thought that I would make it to the end of the year with a 2025 clean of negative reviews. Then along came Knightsbridge Estate Agents and ruined my clean sheet.
I am currently having work done on my property.
I invited 3 estate agents to come along and give me an appraisal. Knightsbridge was one of them. I went for reviews from the more premier estate agents in the Oadby area. I reckoned that - though these were charge wise very expensive, the premium service that they gave would give would outweigh the cost.
First let me give you an idea of my experience with one of the other agents. The agent came around, smartly dressed and was here for around 20 minutes. He went around my property and had come armed with an 'Information Pack' giving me all the details I needed. We discussed what price I was aiming to sell at and compared it to what he thought. There was a difference but it wasn't anything that could not be worked out between us. He even told me that they would market my property at the price I was looking for and then appraise after 12 weeks. He went through the marketing strategies his organisation employed. We went through any questions I had and he left leaving me his business card. I felt really impressed and pleased with the service that he had provided me with. I won't say who this agency was, only that the name started with a 'C' :)
The agent from Knightsbridge arrived just after 12:30. I had told him that I had a web meeting at 13:00. He went through the rooms in a really hurry, not really entering the rooms to have a look around. We then came downstairs and he told me of one property that Knightsbridge had in in the Oadby area. He asked me what sort of price I was looking to see at. I gave him the price that agency 'C' was going to market my property at. When he heard this, he just told me that Knightsbridge would not be interested and left!!
No information pack, no asking me if I had any queries, no discussion of why I was asking for a particular selling price. It was either his way or the highway. He just seemed to be in a hurry to get out of place. I was frankly shocked. My wife was fuming when she came home from work.
So a piece of advice for your Knightsbridge.
When sellers approach estate agents who charge premium prices, they expect a premium service. Otherwise, they could just go ahead with one of the smaller estate agents and save costs. The service that you provided me was not what I expected of a premium estate agent and was shocking. The fact that your agent didn't even leave me a business card - let alone an information pack - says it all.
The other agents were in with me for around the same length of time but did a sterling job. I know you have tried to contact me - after I sent you an email saying that I was dissatisfied - but there is no point now.
I hope you take my criticism constructively and I hope that you don't try to come up with wishy-washy excuses.
I know that if my business received a review like this, I would not criticise any individual but look to see what I would need to do to ensure that I never get a negative review like this again.

Avoid Knightsbridge Professional Lettings at all costs – dishonest, unprofessional, and money-grabbing.
I would give zero stars if I could.
We applied for a rental property in Leicester and paid a holding deposit of £230 in good faith. Despite being fully transparent and meeting the affordability checks, Knightsbridge decided to withhold our money under the flimsy excuse of “false or misleading information.” Their reasoning? A CCJ on my husband’s file – something we had absolutely no clue about. It was linked to an old address, for a minor parking fine, and is already in the process of being removed by the courts.
When I was shocked on the call (thinking the refusal was down to a six-year-old default), Chris told me to “download our credit files.” Later he twisted the story, claiming “you must have known since the CCJ is satisfied.” Utter nonsense. Paying a balance when you get a one-off call from a debt collection company does not mean you know a CCJ has been lodged. We had no idea – we were simply told about an outstanding balance after being unreachable, and we cleared it immediately. That’s why it shows as satisfied.
I had to continuously chase Knightsbridge, and by the time they finally told us the tenancy would not go ahead, I was left with just 6 days to find another property. The agency knew exactly how desperate our situation was, yet still chose to waste our time and keep our money.
Do they really think we’re stupid enough to lie? I’ve rented for 14 years without a single issue and know full well that lying would mean losing my deposit. Make it make sense.
To make matters worse, the tenancy could have gone ahead in my name alone. I passed affordability, had a guarantor lined up, and even offered to pay six months’ rent upfront – yet this was refused. Instead, they happily pocketed the deposit, showing nothing but greed and bad faith.
This isn’t just unprofessional – it’s exploitative, dishonest, and predatory. Most agents would have proceeded with the stronger applicant, or at least refunded the deposit. Knightsbridge did neither. They were unhelpful, and showed zero interest in working with us fairly.
Yes, my £230 deposit has been STOLEN – but this review isn’t about the money. For me, it’s a small amount. I’m writing this to warn others: be extremely careful when renting through them, and read all the other negative reviews that echo the same behaviour.
Knightsbridge might think they’ve gained by keeping my deposit, but in reality, they will lose far more in the long run. I may have lost a little bit – but you, through your greed, will lose triple when property owners see how you treat people and take their business elsewhere. I have already warned two individuals not to go to them with their new properties.
If this is how they treat prospective tenants before you even move in, imagine the nightmare of being tied into a tenancy with them.
Knightsbridge Professional Lettings = greedy, untrustworthy, and unethical.

There really wasn’t anything too much for them and we can’t thank them enough for helping us get into our first home together. Special thanks to Denise who made our experience so much better even in the difficulties we faced with our solicitor. And even when Denise was away the other members of the team pick up our case and were fantastic! Couldn’t recommend a better company.
Flat purchase
Elizabeth at Knightsbridge was available to communicate updates and was able to communicate where any holdup was happening to do with solicitors delaying etc.
It made a very long process to do with lease issues less stressful. Highly recommend Knightsbridge.
