Trainer was awesome. Microsoft Teams was an adequate but not great platform. Sharing files via Google drive worked, but we have run into significant lag with the training uploading notes and other key files. Some exercises were not supported by the demo versions of CAMEO system modeler and or CAMEO Enterprise Architect. This cause delays in our training.

I was not impressed!
The content and delivery were very basic. Not worth spending 2 days on this course. I don't have any take-aways or key learnings...
Content was poor - too technical, not enough engagement or interaction. The content was irrelevant and not helpful.

Needs Significant Improvement in Admin and Sign-up Process
While the training content itself was satisfactory, the administrative process was unfortunately inefficient and frustrating.
The course fee is collected upfront, but an official invoice is not provided automatically. Receiving one required multiple email follow-ups and the repeated submission of my details. This same inefficient cycle was repeated when requesting the exam voucher, which again required separate correspondence and providing the same information.
Having attended numerous courses with other providers, I know a better administrative experience is achievable. These workflows urgently need to be streamlined to create a smoother and more professional experience for customers.

Koenig Solutions boasts of their Copilot Studio in a Day as well-soonest and modern learning experience, but the reality is completely different.I was made to believe that I would acquire useful skills; however, the course content was quite basic and lacked the current edge.Moreover, all the hidden costs related to the course are not mentioned by them.Time of my registration, additional materials and premium content that I didn’t need nor want were flooded on me by the school.I found myself being coaxed, by numerous upsell attempts, into emptying my pocket further without the value of the product being improved.Instead of studying, the regular calls for more sales and the absence of focus on the real learning needs the feeling of being cheated still remained. Being able to do anything about it was just not enough.

Koenig Solutions is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had an opportunity to experience professional training with. The CRISC course I signed up for was expected to be a great game changer for my career but actually, it was a complete and utter nightmare. The teachers they have are so unprofessional, and the teaching method is so chaotic. Every new tutor I came across, I explained what had been done previously, rather than getting fresh ideas. Their one on one sessions are simply not there! Besides, when I reached out with my complaints, I was not listened to and there was still a pressing issue with the refund. Moreover, nobody cared about my problems, and the refund policy is a bait-and-switch. Say NO to Koenig Solutions just go away far from it.

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. Koenig Solutions is nothing but a money-making machine with no regard for their students. The Oracle Certification course was riddled with issuespoor instruction, no access to instructors for clarifications, and a total lack of student interaction. Their payment system is even worse—I was repeatedly threatened with course access removal despite providing proof of payment. Their support system is a facade; no real help is ever provided. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam.

I wish I had read the reviews before trusting Koenig Solutions. They lured me in with promises of a top-notch Data Visualization course, but it’s been nothing but headaches. After making the payment, I noticed discrepancies in my course access. They added courses I didn’t request and ignored my repeated demands to remove them. Worse, their support system is a joke—tickets get closed without resolution, and phone calls are a waste of time. This company seems more interested in scamming customers than providing quality education. Avoid at all costs.

I would rate it one rating. It's the same as you get in Pluralsite .Noting fancy. There customer support is very bad . In spite of being a corporate . There representative Gayathi doesn't know how to talk to end users. There recordings are valid for less time . Inspire of having technical issues which they do not agree to . They do not extend a day or two to complete there courses .

Avoid this Koenig at All Costs
I strongly advise against choosing Koenig. The 32-hour curriculum is poorly designed, and the trainers lack the necessary expertise and maturity. I regret spending a significant amount of money on this programme, which turned out to be a complete waste of both time and resources. I found free resources like YouTube to be far more informative and useful than this course. The lack of courtesy and professionalism from the provider was also disappointing. I cannot recommend Koenig under any circumstances.

Terrible experience from sale to after-sales (don't look for them at all)
The sales only wants the money. After I have paid the money, he disappears.
The teacher is reading the material which I can read it myself. I am asking for homework. The teacher is not prepared.
The worst part is exam arrangement. They recommended Pearson VUE which people online mentioned a lot of compaint. My bad as not search online. I have pair for course and exam, but can never take the exam as Pearson VUE provided a bad link with no technical support.
