This is, without a doubt, the WORST shopping experience of my entire life. I ordered Adidas/Korn clothing OVER A MONTH AGO, and these clowns STILL HAVEN’T SHIPPED IT. Are you running a business or some kind of scam operation? In 2024, this level of utter incompetence is beyond comprehension.

Honestly, just SHUT YOUR STORE DOWN. If you can’t handle something as basic as shipping orders, you have no business existing. What are you even doing? Do you expect people to wait an entire year for something they paid for upfront?

This is an absolute disgrace. Your customer service is nonexistent, your logistics are laughable, and your ability to operate as a functional store is zero. If I could give you negative stars, I would. Congratulations on being a total embarrassment.

Avoid this joke of a company at all costs. They don’t deserve a single cent of anyone’s money.

Orderd the limited edition track pants, weeks have gone not shipped yet even with 30 dollar shipping like scam alert!

Spent over £300 on an adidas tracksuit, never recived the 1st parcel (it never left the u.s.), got lied to time and time again. They sent out a replacement which is now on its way and I have to pay about £60+ customs to recive it, 3 months later!!!(even though I've never had to pay it before). Absolutely terrible customer service, and no offer of any type of compensation, just a half arsed "sorry for your wait". Won't buy from warner music group again.

Absolute garbage shipping. When pre ordering items just expect to get them 20 days after release. It's not even like it's free shipping, they charge you almost 10 dollars for the cheapest form of shipping. I love Korn but this store really is disappointing.

The customer service for this company is horrendous! I ordered The Nothing hoodie sometime in February, The company has sent me the incorrect item TWICE. How do you mistake a shirt instead of a hoodie? I can understand the occasional slip up but this is twice now, I didn't pay 70 dollars to receive a cheap shirt. Be weary because whoever is running shipping cannot understand sending out the correct orders I will never buy from here again.

Ordered many items on February 14th, it is now March 11th. Order still not shipped. When I contacted customer service I just got a generic message they didn't have an update for my order and sent me a 15% off coupon. And will not let me cancel the order. NOT COOL. Will not order from them again.

I made a purchase in January, it's now Feb and I still have not recieved it. Only recieved a confirmation email that they recieved the order. The customer service is terrible spoke to three different representatives for it still to not be shipped in February asked for a refund, do not order from here if you want your item.

ordered an item through their store. got an immediate response email for thanking me for buying their product. It's been several weeks and no shipment. I know it is around the holidays, but their customer service is terrible. there is no way to contact them other than through email, which several emails have bounced. Their only saving grace is they haven't actually charged me yet.

Iv'e been a fan of KoЯn since 1999, and I truly adore them. I think it's so wonderful to see, how dedicated and passionate they are about their music and their fans!
