Bought a Shark 3-in-1 Steam Mop/Vac that left dirt behind and caused streaking. I returned it within 2 days of purchase with photos clearly showing the issue, but the store refused the return because it had been opened. They also refused to offer store credit toward another product. The manager claimed he “saw no issues” with it. Apparently basic expectation that products work as advertised don't matter here. You bought it you are stuck with it. Extremely disappointing customer service, manager and an unethical return policy.

Hello everyone. I was making a order on Kotsovolos.cy Nicosia shop . I was canceling the order . I get refunded the money , but because order was paid with installments on credit card my credit is locked because Kotsovolos.cy doesn't understand they have to contact jcc in order to unlock my credit. I visit the shop 4 times , I talk on chat on the website . They are useless. Now is March. I was canceled my order end of November

Stay away. This is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, unreliable, poor customer service, lack of communication, and ultimately deceitful. Ordered a dishwasher 2 months ago. Bought the extended warranty for peace of mind. The appliance was delivered broken. Took them 2 months and multiple phone calls/emails/messages to engage in a meaningful way. We are now nearly 3 months down the line and I still do not have a functioning dishwasher. I explained that I am a cancer patient and their sloppiness is starting to affect my health. They could not care less. Stay away at all costs.

Απαίσια εξυπηρέτηση απαίσια συμπεριφορά! Παράγγειλα εχτές 23/12 διαδικτυακά ένα αρκετά ακριβό ipad μαζί με θήκη και ένα adaptor (δώρο για τα Χριστούγεννα) και ενώ μου είχαν στείλει ότι δεν θα χρεωθώ με χρεώσαν και μου στείλανε μόνο την θήκη και το adaptor ! Ακόμη δεν μου επιστρέψαν τα χρήματα μου. Και ρωτάω αν εγώ δεν είχα άλλα χρήματα τι θα έκανα;; Όταν πήγα στο κατάστημα Λεμεσού να πάρω πίσω την θήκη και το adaptor μιας και μου ήταν αχρείαστα το προσωπικό εξαφανισμένο. Όταν έτρεχα ένα υπάλληλο από πίσω αφού κουράστηκα να περιμένω να με εξυπηρετήσουν, μου απάντησε με άσχημο τρόπο να περιμένω. Στην συνέχεια πήγα βρήκα ένα άλλο υπάλληλο και μου είπε να πάω σε κάποιον άλλο ο οποίος είχε μόλις φύγει μου είπε. Όταν τον ρώτησα πότε θα επιστρέψει μου απάντησε «που να ξέρω; Μόλις έφυγε» Φυσικά και έφυγα πολύ απογοητευμένη και θυμωμένη. Ποτέ ποτέ ποτέ ξανά από κοντά τους!

I bought o portable speaker from Bose but they did not have the charger in Pafos. I paid to be deliverred by courrier in Larnaca where i live. After 2 months, they are not even answering the phone at customer service.
Very disappointing experience
We recently purchased a dishwasher from Kotsovolos Cyprus and are extremely dissatisfied with the customer service we received. The appliance needs to be mounted, yet Kotsovolos refuses to send someone to install it. After multiple calls to the call center, we were repeatedly told that installation is “not their responsibility.”
It’s unbelievable that a company selling white goods cannot provide — or at least arrange — basic installation support. We expected a much more professional and helpful approach, especially for such a standard service. Very disappointing experience, and we will think twice before purchasing from Kotsovolos again.

I bought a cooker paid for technical team to come and install it for me, they never showed up, I had to pay someone else to come and do the job for me.
Then I bought a Tv which was not working properly, called them , they promise they will send someone, again I paid someone to come to resolve the issue.
Their technician called me after a week .

If it was possible to rate them zero, I certainly would. I am extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from Kotsovolos again. I strongly advise others to think twice if you value peace of mind and reliable customer service.
Our product is only 11 months old and has completely stopped working, yet Kotsovolos continues to provide excuses instead of proper and timely support. Every time we call, we are promised that a technician will contact us to schedule a repair — but no one ever calls back.
Meanwhile, all the food / meat in our freezer has defrosted and had to be thrown away. Very disappointing experience and highly unprofessional service from their Limassol, Cyprus store.

Bad service never again. If you have issues with device or appliances under warranty forget it. Waiting 3 weeks no one called me, AUG AC broke and it is not the first time. Kotsovols never again.

Δύο διαφορετικοί υπάλληλοι μας είπαν δύο τελείως διαφορετικά πράγματα.
Δεν έχουν ιδέα για τις διαδικασίες ή το κόστος τους – και μπορούν απλώς να τη γλιτώνουν έτσι.
Κανένας λόγος να ψωνίσει κανείς από εκεί, ούτε που προσπαθούν να βοηθήσουν. They get paid anyway.

I would like to share my thoughts about Kotsovolos in Agios Athanasios. While the exterior of the building is attractive and unique, my experience inside was disappointing. I requested Solid State Drives (SSDs) but ended up with hard disk drives. When I returned them, they refused to acknowledge the mistake because one was opened.
The staff seemed poorly trained and lacked basic knowledge about the products they sell and their stock levels. My team purchased a 1TB SSD for around €180, while I found a Lexar version on Amazon.de for just under €80. In my opinion, Kotsovolos sold an off-brand product at an inflated price. It feels like they care very little about customer service.
As a result of this experience, I will no longer shop there myself, nor will I allow my company to make purchases from them. This situation reflects their own shortcomings.

Bought a PS5 pro for 800 euros in total, when I unboxed it, I immediately noticed that it had cosmetic defects from the factory, so I packed it back up and took it back to the store to get a replacement THE NEXT DAY.
All the accessories were still sealed and clearly unused, I had the receipt with me, proving that it was a purchase made less than 24 hours ago, yet the staff outright refused to replace it or even inspect it themselves, blamed me for the damages and the manager was shooing me away with his hand gestures every time I tried to bring up the 14 day return policy.
This is my first and last time buying anything from them, and I will make sure to let each and every single one of my mates know to stay far away.

Kotsovolos The worst shop in the Cyprus, Limassol. With liars employees and managers. They destroy my new bicycle When I went to get it repaired after buying it. I bring it there almost new bicycle and I take it from there with full scratch. They didn’t take responsibility about this. On top of all this, they charged me 25 euros even though the bike I bought 10 days ago broke down, and it had a 2-year warranty. It’s really very terrible shop in the Cyprus

I made the mistake of buying a refrigerator. To cut the story short. I wanted to buy it with instalments.
1) The salesman misunderstood that I wanted to proceed with debit card and not credit card. So they asked me to submit quite a few papers. I waited for many days only to realize that he got me the incorrect contract (debit card)
2) After cancelling the order and transform it into credit card instalments (which is a very simple process) another nightmare started.
3) On delivery date, the refrigerator could not fit the elevator and I had to contact Kotsovolos (not the delivery service!) for re-arranging the delivery using a lifter. So I did. But guess what. Ever since, I made tens of calls to talk with "support centre" and just be informed that my inquiry was forwarded. End result was zero!!
4) After calling them again and again, they finally put me through with the actual branch only to inform me that I needed to go in person and arrange a payment for the extra cost so that the delivery will be scheduled.
STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY! Don't get caught with the fancy offer, especially on the upcoming Black Friday!

I made a purchase on 12/10/2024 at their Paphos location for three items.
Upon discovering that one item was damaged, I returned to the store the same day to request a cancellation and refund.
Despite making multiple trips that day, I was told that a refund couldn’t be processed immediately, and I would need to return to the store.
Unacceptable Delays and Lack of Transparency
From that initial visit, I was caught in a frustrating, weeks-long process that involved numerous trips back to the store (on 12/10, 18/10, 25/10, 26/10, 28/10, and again on 01/11).
Today 07/11 i still have no update, even though my bank says they didn't proceed!
Even after I complied with every request, the refund continued to be delayed without any clear reason, and Kotsovolos staff often gave conflicting explanations.
I was told multiple times that the refund “would be processed soon,” only to learn later that the store hadn’t released the funds.
Customer Service Issues
Adding to the frustration, there is no direct contact number for the Paphos location, so I was forced to go to the store in person each time I wanted an update.
Despite the staff’s assurance that the refund had been processed, my bank informed me that the store had not completed the transaction correctly.
Mismanagement of Payment Processing
The final straw was on 01/11, when I discovered that part of the delay was due to a card verification issue. I presented the same card I used to make the purchase, but I was told that a discrepancy in the payment system was preventing the refund. After yet another trip to the store, I was assured this would be resolved, only to find that the refund was once again reverted on 06/11.
At this point, I was told the only immediate option was to accept store credit, which was unacceptable given the situation.
Conclusion
I’ve spent significant time and effort trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward refund for a defective product.
After nearly a month, I am still without my funds, and the lack of support, accountability, and transparency has made this experience incredibly frustrating.
I would caution others to be aware of Kotsovolos’s policies and service, as I believe there is a lack of commitment to fair and timely customer resolution.
