Now, I’m a complete rum novice so I may not be the most reliable of reviewers in terms of tasting and comparing to similar products, but wow…I enjoyed every little aspect about Kromanti.

The website is fabulous: such a personal and passionate back story about the rum itself. And then really helpful tasting notes and advice on how to drink it.

The delivery was prompt and the bottle itself is beautiful. You really feel as if you’ve bought something quite special. Or, ‘Connected, Conscious, Authentic’ as the site says.

It’s a lovely rich fruity taste that lingers. I tried it neat and I really liked it that way: it’s strong so you savour it. After trying a block of ice I found it that diluted the taste too much; a properly happy medium for me seemed to be a few drops of water, whisky style.

I’ve had two bottles this year and and tried Mount Gay rum just to compare. I liked Mount Gay but Kromanti felt more special.

I’m amazed it’s not more widely available in places like Waitrose. It really deserves a place on its shelves.

Very smooth, elite rum with flavours but not sweet. This botanical rum is distinct from a typical spiced rum for this reason as well as its smooth finish and exacting flavours.

Best rum on the market I drink it all the time had a restaurant called Eva’s in Dover for years if it was available then I would have had in on the bar very good with a slice of lime all good thank you kromanti

Just received my 1st bottle of Kromanti rum from Cashain in the UK. It was delivered via UPS, came placed inside a very thick bubble wrapped that looks like it was made specifically for bottles products. I’ve never seen a bubble wrap like that. The it was boxed up. There was NO WAY the bottle was gonna break through its journey over. Delivery was less than a week, which is very impressive. As for the bottle of rum it’s beautiful, I can’t wait for family come over so we can bless it & have a drink. Thanks Cashain for creating such a beautiful product.

We have several rums from around the world and from 4 different Caribbean Islands. This rum is the best tasting as it does not need to be mixed and can be drank and enjoyed neat. It is pleasant enough to be a cocktail in its own right.
