I swear of there is any other name than oloriburu I would have used it for kuda I pray we have government that can fight for the masses Nigeria going tru hard time and this bastards are busy scam restricting accts without a reason I'm writing this on my sick bed I couldn't pay my bills not buy medications just because this unfortunate set of people locked my acct for no reason they sent link for verification which i did still 48hours is now 7 days and when I chart is still the same message like they are all robots I gave them zero star please run away from kuda I have been bank there for 4years so if you think they are good to now you will soon face same fate when you start with them you thing they are good but you will soon know them

Ordered a bank card. Got a mail from fez delivery that my card is been delivered. Got another mail saying delivery failed without them attempting any delivery. Sent me mail for three different days of failed delivery without them calling me or even coming to my address. I tried calling the number on the mail for hour no response. I sent a mail to the email on their email. Not delivering. Went to kuda app to message support only to get a message that I I need to pay for another delivery. This is a blatant scam . I wish I can add a screenshot of their chat bot and the customer service email that never gets delivered

I have been using Kuda for 5yrs now, but disappointed recently.

They restricted my account with my funds in it. I was asked to provide some documents which I did but nothing has been done. Chatting in app is a waste of time because the same response you get all the time.

The app is handy, but there are support issues.

Kuda low fees are a game-changer, and their customer support is impressively fast. Banking has never been this smooth and stress-free.

A client of mine sent me money for transaction made and for about 24 hours or even more the money is still pending, they didn't cancel the transaction or send to the receiver my client try complaining no result I think kuda is one of the worst bank I ever know the customer service is the poorest run away from it......

I did a sale of my livestock(goats), after receiving money dey put lein on the money received so I provided them with evidence of receipt and transaction receipt that I don't engage in anything fraudulent,I don't have any relationship with the senders they just patronise my business.I think this bank is trying to fraud me, they should better free my money As soon as possible

I haven't experienced bad services with kuda yet but I'm worried cos of the negative stories on I've seen on the X app about people losing their hard earned money with kuda negligence.

If you love your money, don't go close to kuda

I was sent a mail that i received a fraudulent transaction which i responded to the mail that this said transaction was a legitimate one and the customer bought a good from me which he receieved and later went to bank to conplain about it, kuda bank mailed me to give consent to this after which they've placed a lien on my accout without my consent. i was told to submit a court order by kuda bank in which i was informed will cost me 10% of the said transaction , all effort to convince kuda bank has been futile

They locked my account without a reasonable of specific reason and won’t let me remove my money from the account. I’ve contacted all their emails and social media handles and non of them gave feedback, it’s been going to a week now and this is very frustrating. Money can be transferred into the account but can’t be transferred out of the account, what a total scamming scheme

You guys just block someone's money for no reason. after giving you prove of my transaction you take it and seat for weeks with no respond only to come and tell me again to resend a clear copy, a document that is as clear as even a blind man can read. I need my money to continue my business you guys are destroying people's business. just because you want to take people hard earned money

i don't think this company is controlled by human
and we all know the condition of the country
the bank that I've been using for past 3years
now they affect my business with their stupid BVN REVALIDATION issues.
they have requested alot and i have summit every yet no improvement .please that money is my sweat i need this money to take care of my business

Hello kuda I'm using your bank for almost 3years and now my account has been locked I've reached all your social media handle your support re not responding

Please I want to withdraw to pay my house rent

Kuda bank is a fraud bank . I got a debit card is last two years the card is not working
And on Sunday I transferred 70000 naira to my wema bank. It says successful but it did not reflect and till now the transaction reference is saying does not exist

Woke up this morning, tried the app again and my transfer went successfully. I have emptied the account. I'm grateful that my punches on every side yielded results. Still, I do not know why it had to take such a long time. Kudah should work on their costumer support.

If I could rate Kuda zero,i'd definitely do.I tried to communicate with customer service when I observed someone was trying to hack my account but no response. After I had changed all my account credentials and tried to access my fund,kuda now told me that they have responded to my complain by restricting my account. Here I am now over five days trying to have the restrictions removed but the customer service is just neglecting me and the Kuda Help line is not even going through and tomorrow is Sallah and I still cant access my fund.
