If you’re ordering CD’s and/or vinyl and are a small creator, kunaki is a service I would recomend it gets the job done for distribution among other things. It at least does the job right

I've been using Kunaki for years to manufacture and fulfill my online orders for audio CDs. They do an excellent job, get it done on time and send it out promptly.
It's one of the factors that let's me run a "lights out" business. I use Kunaki for CDs, another service for MP3 download delivery, and another for USB fulfillment. All I do is watch the money get deposited into my account. Mostly.
Great for one off cd's and such
Great for one off cd's and such. I order cd's that I make myself from them all the time. If I have a problem. They usually fix it. So far in the 6 years I've used them. I've had no problems. Even with cd orders for my band. Sometimes tracking don't work. But always gets there.

I really have no idea how they could think that increasing their price by ten folds while not increasing the quality of the product (which was ok but not outstanding) would bring more customers.
And the client support ... well .... nah.

Worst Customer Service I've ever had ordering online
Never had to deal with such incompetent customer service. Very rude not helpful at all. Won't refund your product even if you have countless screenshots receipts all the documentation proof of purchase from an error on their part. They tried every way to try weasel out of their error without dealing with the matter, taking any responsibility or decency to fulfill their duties. Had to send the same receipts and screenshots multiple times dealing with them to prove the amount I paid for DVDs I never received.
The PayPal receipt of my order was oddly missing after checking my emails after 3 months of trying to fulfill my order which they claim to have sent out twice unsuccessfully. Luckily I had screenshots saved of the dates and proof of purchase to show them that they probably weren't expecting. Since it mysteriously vanished after confronting them and trying to reasonably resolve the problem.
They then said they would refund me $51.85 even though my order came to $151.75. Once I again showed them screenshots of the receipt and told them the actual total figure they owed. They then suddenly refused to refund my order completely saying I would have to contact the entity directly from which I ordered these DVDs.
Honestly after seeing how poorly this site is rated I'm not surprised and have even considered getting family involved who work in legal affairs in taking matters further to a small claims court. Especially if I don't at least receive the $151.75 I paid. I have countless amount of emails/ receipts and screenshots of proof on how poorly they've conducted their service not refunding me a cent even though they were prepared to pay $51.85 at first and claimed they did. Which was a blatant lie as I never received a cent from them.
Never dealt with such a fraudulent organization and definitely am not going to let a company steal $151.75 when I've got the legal documentation/dates to prove and support that I'm justified in my case and was completely robbed as a customer. At least deserved a refund for not receiving the goods I purchased over 3 months ago and had a battle to try and resolve it professionally.
Seriously unprofessional, disgraceful and down right criminal how they've conducted themselves as a company in this matter.
Horrible service For a horrible record
Just ordered a record after a month of shipping. Was verry excited. Skips ever 2 seconds at around 2minute intervals. The song was 10 minutes and i timed playing it. The skips are so bad it only played a total of 4 minutes. They do not offer refunds of any sort. Everything is cheaply made for $40. Please do not buy.
$45 for Disappointment
Not even 15 seconds in it skipped. Thought it was dirty, so I cleaned it with my record brush, skipped again in the same spot. Then it got to the end and there was supposed to be an 8th song (there was plenty of time) website stated 22 mins per side, and it was 19.5 that I chose and it’s too far in on the disc that my needle won’t reach. Then I flip it over and there’s another spot that skips, and to dig the knife even deeper it was in my favorite song.
I know the skips weren’t in the songs themselves because they came right from the creator.
Sucks.
Terrible
They will not replace items that they damaged. There is no refund policy for any mistakes that THEY made. They have sent incorrect products to overseas customers. There is no phone # for customer service, and they do not respond to emails. Terrible. Don't understand how this company can operate in the USA.
Rude, and will delete your account if you contact them
The vinyl is okay for the price you pay, but my CD was missing a track and was cracked. When I informed them they insisted the missing track was my fault (I can see that I uploaded them all), and after requesting a replacement, they terminated my account. Which I still had orders on, and I'm unsure if I will even be refunded for those. $30 for a custom record is cheap, but it's cheap for a reason.

"We'll Terminate Your Account...."
An order was lost in transit. I asked them via email if they could help track it down, and they responded with a childish and sparky email telling me I was asking for personalized service and to seek that through a different distributor. They also stated they would terminate my account when I simply requested a refund. The order was small... maybe $15. That's quite a consequence for such small money.
Simply put, their support is non existent and they don't value their customers.

We had used Kunaki to produce CDs on demand for our musicbusiness for many years. Most people want downloads but a few still like the CDs. We never had a problem with Kunaki; then out of the blue and without any warning they deleted all of our catalogue listings and closed our account. They would not give a reason despite several requests and would not allow us to continue to use their service. We had to ask several times to get the money back we had on account with them to produce and ship our products. Used to be good ; can no longer be trusted
They increase their shipping prices…
They increase their shipping prices like crazy. Kunaki was a great company to use but with their current shipping pricing they lost our interest. Shipping for a lightweight single sleeve is almost $5 dollar while a jewel case costs the same. This is a total ripoff.
Update 1 year later: as i wrote before in 2019, they are increasing their shipping costs again with 15%. A year ago when we ordered 5 pieces. I paid 2,80 per CD including shipping to Europe. The same order is now 4,40 euro per CD! This is very high increasement. They make huge profit on shipping. I will not use them anymore.
Update 2 months after the update:
Again they increased their shipping. It's totally crazy. I'm done with Kunaki. This is an unfair company.
