Purchased both the wooden & metal ones…
Purchased both the wooden & metal ones & both seem well made. For some reason I didn't realize the metal ones were 10" & the chain longer than normal, but do look & sound very good at high speeds...just trying to get used to the slide of the chain instead of just twisting hands for the other handle while spinning. Happy w/purchase!

I've been waiting 4 days for a return receipt that I was promised would be here in 48 hours. I need to receive credit for Mt purchase that I no longer want. Unless, you consider 48 hours as 4 days not 2 full days. Shoes are great, but not what I expected.

Hi, its 48 business hours. We are not open on weekends, so weekends do not count. If you emailed us on Friday, We have till Tuesday to respond to your request. Returns is not a high priority for us. We process returns twice a week.
